Das Schloss / Chalet ist ein Ort zum träumen. Ein fantastischer Blick auf den See, ein wunderschöner Garten, grosse Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Bett zum übernachten. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und es gibt alles was man sich wünscht. Das Hotel ist ganz wie der Name schon sagt wie es Schloss. Es hat überall Rüstungen und Waffen aus der Zeit der Ritter, ob das es Kitschig wirkt. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und hätten gerne mehr Zeit dort verbracht.

Very good place. Had lake on one side and green mountains on the other side. The scenic beauty is enchanting. The place is little far from (2 transfers) Lucerne. People who like calm and greenish views will like this location. The restaurant food is also nice. Rooms are neat n tidy. Comfortable as well. You can also transport via cruise from the backside of the hotel. On the way to the hotel from Stans there are nice views and a huge park is available.

The Staff was very friendly, one of them was Kevin (I Think), and also two other ladies also on the desk was very helpful in guiding us regarding our travel. We stayed for 3 days and the whole concept of the Hotel was different. We had an infant with us and wanted to change the room we were allotted and they readily agreed and luckily they had one bigger room with king size bed to accommodate them. The breakfast was regular and most importantly the staff being very nice and helpful, which has made an impression on us as this was the first time we traveled to this city. For the amount you pay for this Hotel in Lucerne, it's certainly very cheap for the services you get. It's based on a Theme so most of the rooms have bunker beds so even children would love it. Not much space inside the room or shelves to keep stuff. But then its a budget Hotel. Would stay again if I visit this city again. Its 8 minutes walk from the Station.

It is a hotel with no frills at all. Basically if you are staying at lucerne for a night its fine. It has no amenities as like it said its budget. Its a bit far from the train station about 15 min walk, 2 bus stops away. So if you have a big luggage do take note. They also charge you for leaving your luggage early.

The transportation is convenient. There is the Central Railway Station nearby, which is convenient for visiting other attractions. There are not many breakfast choices, but they are all delicious. There are fast food restaurants and other restaurants nearby. The overall evaluation is good.

Very friendly hotel staff. The dinner: high quality and very good, but small portions for a high price. The restaurant recommends everyone to choose 3 items from the menu... Cozy restaurant on the ground floor and great rooftop restaurant with a panoramic view. The parking lots are small, so a large car needs more like a parking space and a half. However, it wasn't a problem. The hotel is highly recommended and we will be going back.

Close to the lake, super tossing from Zurich airport, train and bus, it took about 2 hours to put it... a little tired~ I know that I will not be so tossed by boat in Lucerne, and the boat is still comfortable. ~ The room is quite big, but I think the door is not very good, I feel that the lock is easy to open, and I bring the anti-theft artifact. One day, the cleaning staff cleaned the room during the day, put my pillows on the bed, and put my pajamas under the mattress.
