Checked in on thursday 18th for the night. Friendly helpfull lady at the counter. check-in was fast, clean fresh room and everything a cupple need. the frayer bar next door is not a bad value for money for drink and food. been here many time. always been very good to excellents. will be back soon

Great hotel sam on front desk was really helpfull goes the extra mile to help you deserves a raise if you ask me will stay there again and would highly advise people to stay there rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is 10 out of 10 .........

The hotel was a few minutes walk to the station and the shops. No complaints about the room. Was clean and bed very very comfortable. Problem was with food. Food wasn't great I've had better in a Premier Inn. Breakfast theres a good choice but fruit had seen better days. Tables were not cleaned. The staff were nice but would have been nice to see more of them.

Lovely check in with the illustrious Lavina, friendly and smiley. Also the nights receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable about the *** scene and advised me of the various locations in the area. Extremely pleased that your company has LGBTQ representation.

The room and bathroom was spotless. The man on reception was very good showing us how to pay for the parking which was close by and very convenient. We booked. Continental breakfast which was good with a lot of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Didn’t even stay 30 mins checked in the room and the bed was not made and had clearly been used reported to reception lady with long blonde hair and left and checked into the village hotel down the rd Followed up with feedback only to be told that nothing was reported - it very much was reported and you can clearly see me on cctv speaking to reception 30 mins after checking in with my partner and we both left Wouldn’t recommend
