Good location and good with the price paid. Lot of restaurants with walking distance

This hotel enjoys a prime central location, just a 1-2 minute walk from the tourist bus stop and information center. Lakeview rooms on the 2nd floors feature private enclosed balconies. Even non-lake view rooms offer great value, with the lakeshore directly accessible from the property. The exceptionally friendly front desk staff often accommodates early check-in and room upgrades—during our three-day stay (due to booking constraints requiring three different room types), we were consistently upgraded to the most premium option: a second-floor lakeview room. They even assisted with pre-dawn arrangements for our Roy’s Peak hike. Highly recommended!

Booked a total of 6 rooms. 3pax per room. Check in was tad slow, still need to fill up forms etc when all booking were done online. Rooms were good size, there's washer/dryer in laundry room for guests to use. A big kitchen near laundry room where you can prep your meals. Ample parking.

For one night totally fine. For 2 adults could be more shower gel than 1x 15ml tube and the shower shield glass should be go over the half of the bath tube for a relaxed shower. Directly on the hotel you can have a good breakfast.

Nice garden view. Good for watching stars at night time.

Disappointing stay. Only benefit is the view. Walls PAPER THIN - could hear everything our neighbours were up to affecting our sleep. No ventilation fan in bathroom so gets very steamed up quickly. Bathroom had peeling paint likely because of this issue. No air conditioning either. Shower unit difficult to use. Curtains unable to block adequate lighting from neighbouring restaurant and street. Attempted contact with hotel via email and no response. Would have hoped for more consideration.

Small and clean hotel for a night stay. Recommend yo anyone who come over for short stay.

Very good location

Located near the city centre and the lake. Enjoyed our stay here. Although there are no lifts so it can be quite a distance to unload luggage from car to room.
