3.7/5View is what sold it here other than that for a 5star hotel it's more like a 3star pushing onto a 4 star the whole inside / reception & hallways really needs renovating they have holes in the carpets and some graffiti on the walls , the room I booked (Thames premier deluxe room) had an amazing view which is what made the room worth the money but interior was outdated also there was just holes in the ceiling / walls & the woodwork needed to be replaced even had a burn hole in the mattress this 5star hotel should be a 4star at maximum won't be visiting again until its been renovated
