房間空調聲音巨大，響了一個晚上，沒睡好，酒店對面除了有個王府井免税什麼都沒有，如果不是在石梅灣浮潛下海的朋友沒必要選擇在附近這裏住，旁邊有家蘭州牛肉麪館，吃飯的朋友可以去那，王府井免税店裡啥都沒有，價格也不便宜，沒有逛的意義。

第一次帶孩子來萬寧玩，在攜程定的酒店，酒店位置很好找，一般説萬寧王府井司機都知道，前台態度非常非常好，前台簡單介紹了下去哪裡玩，這幾天玩的都非常好，客房很乾凈環境很好下次來萬寧還要住這，房間裡邊晚上睡覺特別安靜。

我們定了兩個晚上不同的房間，客服主動打電話説給升房，把便宜的那個升成後面的貴的，我們就打算再多住一晚，結果他説那就不給升房了，我們説那行，那我們就要原先的那兩個房間，但是他又説之前訂的房間便宜的沒有了，讓我們退掉原先的那個便宜的房，想讓我們訂高價房再續訂。我們也不是為了貪圖便宜，是他主動打過來説給我們升房的，然後又説不給升房服務了，又説我們升級前的那個定好的房沒有了，又有顧客定了，起沖突，讓我們退掉，這就很離譜，我們已經下單訂好了，憑什麼讓我們退，雖然最後協商好了，但是這個過程真的很讓人生氣，也不是想貪便宜，又不是我們提的，麻裏麻煩整這麼一出幹嘛，在外面旅遊都玩不好，還要來來回回打電話解釋，我們衹想要原本屬於我們的房間。酒店衞生很多細節做的不到位，地面有水漬，角落也沒有打掃乾淨，附近交通也不便利。
