颱風來的時侯住的。入住時很晚了。還有接待。位於華潤九里小區。房間可以看到一點點海。大兩居可以在住。

誇爆這個陽台 可以一眼看到海邊，房子位置去神州半島或者日月灣都很近，設施也很齊全 而且很乾凈 看得出來很用心 衹是裝修風格不太符合年輕人的喜好😂

公寓位置很好，下樓就有很多餐飲店，距離鳳凰九里書屋、觀海亭幾個地方都挺近的。房間乾淨整潔、通風透氣特別舒服，空調也很涼快。老闆人超級好，訊息回覆很及時，服務很到位，推薦入住！！

房間的佈置非常温馨舒適。床鋪柔軟整潔，被子厚薄適中，散發著淡淡的清香。房間內的設施一應俱全，電視、空調、熱水壺等都能正常使用且操作方便。
衞生間乾淨，沒有一點異味，淋浴噴頭出水強勁且水温穩定，洗漱用品也都是品質不錯的。
民宿的地理位置也十分優越，周邊交通便利，無論是去附近的景點遊玩，還是尋找當地特色美食都非常方便。而且，晚上酒店周圍很安靜，沒有嘈雜的聲音。
整個入住期間，民宿老闆始終保持着熱情周到的態度，無論是向他們詢問旅遊建議，還是尋求一些小的幫助，他們都能迅速回應並盡力滿足我們的需求。
最後強調：老闆人超好，老闆是大好人，老闆是superman！！！

説實話，萬寧這裏酒店很貴，公寓性價比高，還能洗衣服，都是套房，面積大，小哥服務也是無功無過吧！但是幾點值得提升的建議：1.公寓如果連住2天以上，你會發現是沒有人打掃衞生的2.公寓的本身衞生情況，有點像出租屋，犄角旮旯也是夠臟的，就是除了被單床罩那些會換，其他基本就是不怎麼打掃3.海邊的公寓，黴味是肯定有的4.海邊的公寓，壁虎是常年駐守的，且店家也沒辦法弄走5.公寓的毛巾那些都是一次性的，用完就丟那種，所以也是很薄很不好用的6.這種公寓説白了，就是業主買了，然後委託管理出租，小區管理倒是挺嚴格，叫個外賣還要報備給小區安保，也不知道發生過什麼事，這麼嚴格7.空調那些估計也沒清洗過，睡一晚喉嚨就很乾很痛，而且不關門的話，飛蛾等什麼蟲子指定飛進來8.有些店看似新店，但是公寓絕對不是新的，可能也是換了個主兒，繼續開公寓9.説實話，要不是石梅灣這裏威斯汀和艾美賣這麼貴，這裏的公寓也跟着吃福利，要是沒這兩家酒店，這裏公寓頂多一百多一晚10.總結一下，公寓吧，衹有洗衣服這個深入我心，其他都是會讓你覺得趕緊找個酒店住才是硬道理
