一星給民宿內擺渡車小哥，晚上回來找不到樓了，主動給我帶到樓下。一星給陽台的海景還可以
衞生不是很好，枕套上一衹死蚊子，是被拍死的那種，所以上一位住户退房後枕套有沒有更換？因為是一個人住，所以也沒找管家換，就睡另一個枕頭了。
最生氣的是酒店位置在日月灣附近，預訂前看到有人説日月灣在修路出行很不方便，於是特意詢問管家日月灣是否還在修路，如果還在修就不打算住這裏了。得到的答案是修完了。但實際上還沒有修完，打車去很多熱門景點都非常不方便，去時還好，回來時要繞一大圈，本來十幾分鐘的路，開車要花30分鐘才能回到酒店，很多司機都不願意去，因為會有空車回來的風險。於是問老闆為什麼告知沒有修路，老闆不承認在修，後來又説是石梅灣在修不是日月灣，意思跟他們沒關係。，實際就是日月灣還在修路。在本地開民宿，且酒店位置就在日月灣，我不相信老闆真的不清楚日月灣到底有沒有在修路

整個房間也就海景能看看
1.房間設施衹有牙膏牙刷梳子 其餘的一次性毛巾浴巾沒有
2.酒店簡介新開業 其實裏面的使用痕跡感覺酒店開了很久且有些污垢
3.在房間發現壁虎（老闆説吃蚊子的） 這個還是其次
4.衞生阿姨在沒有經過我的同意直接開門來打掃衞生 那時候我們還在睡覺還好是房間門是關的 我們定的是兩天 老闆不提前通知我或者告知阿姨嗎？ 搞衞生至少要問過我們在不在酒店裡吧！還有浴室裏的門跟牆上都還有上個租客吹的頭髮和不知名的蟲*！
5.剛到島里老板不提前聯繫我們告知我們要在哪裡辦入住 我們在外面繞了一兩圈才找到五棟在哪 進去之後把房間號和密碼告知你就完事了。總之衞生環境就是差差差 而且我們定的也不是他們家最便宜的價位算是中間的房型

房間配置完全超出預期，説是“躺贏式度假”一點不誇張。雲端睡感的床墊配着柔軟床品，清晨不用起身，窩在被窩裡就能看見朝陽把海面染成橘子色，隨手就能拍出治癒系大片。陽台上擺着小桌椅，傍晚吹着海風發呆，聽着漁船歸港的鳴笛聲，連時間都慢了下來 。房間裏冰箱、洗衣機、高清電視一應俱全，中央空調的細節也很貼心，衞生更是乾淨得無死角，完全不輸星級酒店 。如果想找一處能真正放鬆的海景住處，這裏絕對是首選。枕着海浪聲入睡，被海上日出喚醒，這樣的度假體驗真的會記很久！

在日月灣附近的這家酒店真的值得一住！推開房門就是絕美海景，陽台和全景落地窗把大海的浪漫盡數收納。管家服務超貼心，接送響應都很快，房間乾淨寬敞，不管是家庭出遊還是情侶度假都很合適。周邊餐飲選擇多，出行就餐都方便，淡季價格更是實惠，性價比直接拉滿，強烈推薦給想去海邊放鬆的朋友～

今年是第四次來萬寧了，房間很好，衹是國慶期間進出島有車輛管控不太方便，酒店派車有點耽擱了自己走了進來，幸好之後酒店負責人趙經理人特別好為我們解決了所有問題，服務到位，特別感謝，酒店景色很棒，很好的一次旅行體驗五星好評
