定位不準確，拉着行李箱在小區裏走了好久才找到房間，唯一的優點就是房間比較大，衞生堪憂，剛入住餐座上還有上個住客留下的食物油，吹風機剛打開還沒用就壞了，送水還要告知一下一個房間衹有兩瓶，冰箱裏一股菜味，冰奶茶都有味道了，送東西還沒等我開門就自己拿鑰匙進來了，洗衣機不會洗完自己脱水，還得自己去操作，價不配位，700塊住兩天體驗感非常不好，不推薦入住

房間有悶味和一些黴味，被子有些皺巴巴的，被子還有些潮濕可能是因為下雨的緣故，裝修實際比照片要舊一些，房間比較大，周圍吃飯購物比較困難，要到商業街那裡買。管家服務還不錯。

17年的裝修風格真的破舊主要是太潮濕了小區安保確實不錯樓下也有泳池，但是一進電梯就有很濃烈的潮濕味道，卧室的床也是超級潮濕，靠近海邊潮濕我能理解，但是枕芯都發黃成這個樣子了就不能換嗎！晚上睡覺房間內蚊蟲超級多跟我老公兩個人被咬了十多個包，一晚上就沒閉眼睡覺，睡倆小時根本遭不住，唯一的優點就是海景房了

環境優美！房間乾淨整潔，前後陽台通風很涼快，大陽枱面朝大海，下樓步行過艾美酒店即可到石梅灣海灘，海水很清澈，鳳凰書屋可以小憩，旁邊是沖浪俱樂部，景色超讚！值得推薦！
