一到大門口與感覺死城一樣！一入到房間簡直驚嚇四處地方污糟曱甴屍周圍有、又有白蟻、傢俬污糟、門又閂唔到、有啲電燈又不着、要完全自己清潔才放膽用、網上評語4.1根本不值完全不是一間民宿嘅作風！敗壞民宿形象完全不值一住！總之今生都不會再住這鬼地方！😱😱😱😱😱五個驚嚇就有！

位置在九里一期小區公寓樓，一進房間被驚艷到了，面積超大，房間乾淨衞生淋浴浴缸一應俱全，還配備洗衣機，小區裏很安全入住需要報備，到石梅灣沙灘步行五分鐘，周圍吃的也很方便，需要的朋友可以放心入住

老闆人很好，特別好溝通。房間性價比非常高，從住的地方到海灘步行就幾分鐘。下午5點的動車，房東還讓我們延遲退房了，非常感謝！

設施：設施齊全，熱水器、洗衣機、冰箱、浴缸，游泳池
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：小區很大，綠樹成蔭，安靜整潔；出示門卡登記後能進對面艾美酒店，沙灘風大浪急、不能游泳，但有很多淺灘、適合玩水玩沙
服務：服務不積極，溝通不及時；沒實體前台，從入住登記到進房間門，前台從不主動聯繫告知，門口保安都比他熱情、會主動指路；到了入住時間，房間還沒打掃也不提前主動告知，把人晾在房間門口等半個多小時，打電話催促也沒歉意還笑；熱情周到的兩位阿姨打掃十多間房間那麼辛苦，全被你們這些懶惰的前台大老爺們拖累了！
阿姨們的服務5分！前台的-3分。

整體超出預期，住在石梅灣九里一期，配套設施很完善，在會所有4層的觀景泳池，視野無敵，除夕夜觀看煙花整個石梅灣煙花非常漂亮😍，一期業主身份可以進入艾美酒店，使用艾美酒店的沙灘和設施，亮點是這個公寓可以做飯，鍋碗瓢盆自備，在興隆市場買海鮮回來自己做着吃性價比很高，離沙灘近家裡小寶玩完沙就可以回公寓睡覺了，適合帶娃，沖浪也方便，且性價比高，過年期間帶着長者孩子住了8天，度過了一個愉快的假期😘

首先 這個酒店是在小區裏的 還寫的是潤加公寓 第一天週四
給的導航搜不到位置 弄了半天才有人來接；然後我們發現洗衣機用不了 浴缸也用不了 第二天週五沒人來修 打電話 他説這個房間有電問題 ？有問題還給我們住 後來沒紙了 發了訊息就送了紙 還是我問他他才説他可以聯繫送紙。第三天給我打電話 説來修結果 並沒有 洗衣機也是壞的 浴缸依舊是 然後晚上22:27.發微信已經不回了 第二天問怎麼退房也不回 現在18:11準備值機了 依舊沒回消息？！是看我們快退房了？？大家甚住！

房間很大，人住着很舒服。收拾的也很乾凈，如果常住，應該可以開伙，很不錯。入住都是遠超溝通，離開也是把鑰匙留下就好，感覺很是方便。離石梅灣不遠，遛達就可以到海邊，還是很美的
