小區位於石梅山莊內，綠化很好，也安靜。但是因為住的一樓，第一次進門房間很大的氣味，那種黴味，設施也陳舊，衣櫥都長斑，也放置了許多舊物，沙發也比較陳舊且很多污漬，陽台露天的還比較大，但靠近水溝下水道，臭死了。而且住的時候，不曉得咋啦馬桶🚽就堵了，糞水溢出了，嚇死了，雖然經過不懈聯繫，後面修好了，但體驗感不好🆖

房間條件較簡陋，但小區環
境很好。綠色植物鬱鬱葱葱，徜徉其中有在森林中漫步的感覺，拍出的照片有大片的即視感。小區生活配套不太完善，買菜要走很遠的路。房間雖有做飯空間，但鍋呀碗呀真是差極了，僅僅住幾天，遊客不值得去值辦呀

訂了兩間房，這石梅山莊太大了，開着車找了半天，停車也費勁。一間3樓一間1樓，説是1樓其實就像地下室，生銹的入户門，開門一股濃烈的黴味兒，陰暗潮濕臟污，像幾年沒人住過的樣子，看了一圈就開始打噴嚏，馬上聯繫反映退房，哪知大管家説入住了不能退，果斷聯繫攜程平台，扣除30打掃費用給退了。三樓那間還就乎，燒水壺拖鞋得自己找。都是閑置民房交給平台打理的，傢俱隨機，環境隨機，設施隨機，是環島一週裏感覺最糟糕的一晚了

十分感謝安排了湖景的房間，一早上打開窗户都是很新鮮的味道，參雜着花的芳香，暖暖的太陽曬進來，很舒服。出於好奇訂了這裏山莊的酒店，沒想到給我不一樣的體驗，人很少，很享受這種遠離城市的喧囂，綠化非常好，空氣環境真的值得點贊，緩解我多年的鼻炎

小區很大，和愛人在湖邊漫步的感覺很舒服，人比較少但是治安很好，保安會核實每一個進去的人員，裏面住户的素質也非常的高，一般是長者。在工作之外，抽空來到這個寶藏山莊，也是對自己的獎勵

掛羊頭賣狗肉，訂單顯示的地址與
實際不符，而且相隔四五公里，以至於定的行程全打亂了。而且商家不提前告知，打車都到訂單顯示地址了，打電話才告訴我不是這個位置，而且態度特別差。房間環境特別差，牆體都掉皮了，到處臟兮兮的不知道有沒有打掃過。連個充電線都收費，這是想錢想瘋了吧。根本不值這個房價！
