房間非常差，衞生不好，沒熱水洗澡，沒人接待登記，經營的地點不合規定.過年敢開5000多一晚，宰人宰的太狠了，跟酒店溝通，酒店沒有人出面，攜程推脱責任給酒店，拒絕退款.我們大年初一晚上在警察的陪同下離開的酒店.

整個石梅灣都是屬於適合度假的那種，我建議還是訂酒店比較好，這種不適合，這家就屬於在小區裏的那種，裏面住的基本上都是住户，門衞管理很嚴格樓和樓之間相差的也很遠，從大門到房間要走十幾分鐘的石子路，我行李箱輪子都被推壞了體驗非常不好
服務：還可以吧，到了大門我們完全不認識，然後有一個人帶我們進去了，給了我們房間鑰匙
交通：不太方便，白天可以打車，晚上打不到，沒有交通工具非常的不方便，而且從大門到住的地方真的要走路走很遠
設施：還可以吧，不算舊也不算心，但是吹風機是壞的
衞生：非常不乾淨，感覺就是不怎麼打掃吧，灰塵特別的多風景也一般，房間外面的陽台衹能看到一些山啊，還有屋頂什麼的，其他也沒啥真的很不建議住在這種小區裏面，基本上這邊都是小區住户還蠻排外的
優點就是空間還蠻大的吧，然後冰箱啊，什麼電視啊，設備都有，但衞生真的不行，地理位置也不行，不如住在酒店，這裏真的非常的不方便

有些潮！！但是房間很大！
我通過房間管家租的摩託車，一天60元，管家很好，介紹的租摩託車老闆也很好！有摩託車去景點和吃飯特別方便！比走着好！！
晚上去石梅灣轉轉也特別漂亮！離網紅書屋也近，儘量不要開車，容易堵車！！摩託車最好！
靠近村的附近吃飯便宜，陵水酸粉的芳姐的抱羅粉和青菜和和樂粽子很棒！！石梅灣村的早餐很好！炒粉也好吃！在村裡的菜市場門口的攤位特別棒！尤其早餐，還有飲品攤位經濟實惠！十字路賣泳衣的清補涼10元一份經濟實惠！！日月灣賣18元！
也建議大家去日月灣住！森林旅舍，經濟實惠靠海邊村裡等吃飯都合適！主要還有電瓶車的小黃車，也就是摩託車的士，掃碼用車很便宜。因為衹是村裡使用！整條酒吧街很短，步行即可。

如果你追求海景，就定這個房間吧。陽台看出去海景，能給你“哇”的感覺!
裝修傢俱和家裡比較類似，還可以做飯。房間安靜舒適，走到海灘幾分鐘。過節的晚上艾美沙灘還會放煙火。這個價位感覺無敵。客服回答問題迅速，如果公司能提供物品寄存就完美了。

雖説房間挺大的，但是拉開玻璃窗簾，對門都是住宅區，所以沒法打開，私密性太差，電視機擺放在側邊，很奇怪的擺設，反正也沒用，浴室門膠條沒有，每次一不心關門咣咣撞一下，生怕玻璃門撞碎，住了兩晚，每天晚上回來上樓梯都怕，燈也要自己打開，因為樓梯那塊牆鏤空的，後面估計挨其他人家的房子，而且門外面沒法鎖，兩天出去都是把貴重物品帶着，這是我第一次住店想要逃離的地方😓，而且住的地方走出小區有點距離的，那天晚上回來迷路了，管家過來接我們了，衹能服務給一些分了，其他真的體驗感太差！

下午四點到了沒有收拾衞生，打電話一副特別不耐煩的語氣告訴我已經有人過去了着什麼急，還説因為旺季人手不夠，這是你們的人員配置問題為什麼要我買單。我反問到晚入住是不是可以晚退房，確告知我不行。四點半來了兩個人打掃，我們五點出門他們也收拾東西走了。屋裡衞生很差，離石梅灣海邊也遠，住過這麼多民宿最差的一次，不推薦。

前面的住了沒清理，我們住進去開門的一瞬間畫面實在是太不忍直視了。聯繫了管家説堵車等了好久才來，大太陽天困得不行不行的瞭然後在房間看搞衞生，有個房間熱水不行，就那樣吧，第一次遇見這麼個情況，雖然環境好，體驗感折扣不止一點點
