大家千萬避雷這家酒店！
入住後枕頭明顯有污漬，發現浴巾展開上面爬了蟑螂，環境衞生狀況尤其糟糕。當時我們和入住的朋友立即向前台和攜程反映並要求解決，但對方不僅無視我的合理訴求，語氣還極其粗魯和無禮。
後面過來説要解決，一上門甚至都沒有任何抱歉的意思，除了敷衍塞責之外根本不作任何實質性補救，還陰陽怪氣口口聲聲説"顧客是上帝"讓人非常不舒服。更可笑的是我們説對於這種要上來打架的態度我們一定會在在網上作出差評時，上來處理的商家一副無所謂的態度説"你想給差評就去給啊"
作為一家聲稱酒店其實是民宿的公寓，最基本的服務和硬件設施都做不好，服務態度真的丟人現眼。除了硬件設施和服務質量嚴重不達標，更令人無法容忍的是商家的不專業和傲慢態度。
真誠提醒各位,千萬別被這家酒店那些花花綠綠的廣告欺騙，否則衹會給去萬寧旅途留下恥辱的記憶。

房間還是乾淨整潔。我一般不做評論。這家酒店客房服務員態度相當非常之差。我是續租了一天。當天下午過來打掃衞生很快。但是沒換床單。我就叫她們把床單也換一下。（因為經常去海邊玩嘛，身上總會帶一點沙子回來。）她們其中一個人直接反問我説:你們昨天入住的。今天就搞臟了嗎？（很大聲）。我們一般都是兩天才換一次。。。我就説難道我們續租沒給錢嗎？。續租客户就不用換了嗎？然後她就做了一個很大的藐視動作，翻白眼，嘴巴還大聲哼了一下。然後用她們海南方言罵罵咧咧的過來給我們換了。邊換邊抱怨，我也是第一次遇到這種酒店客房服務員。酒店想象都影響了。不會在入住第二次了。真的。
