避雷！！大避雷！！房間年代長了，外門直接生銹的，門鎖也是生銹。房間空調都是壞的，直接一個蒸桑拿，出去陽台睡都比在房間裏舒服。整個房間潮濕、設施老舊。如果能接受三十多度高温不需要空調的朋友可以考慮。

這家是我住過的民宿當中最差的 他與圖片上也是有差距的，當我走到這個小區的門口的時候，我就覺得這個小區特別的陰森，然後這個民宿又是在最左邊的一棟樓裡邊整個小區的環境就是很黑，然後從進門開始我就覺得特別的詭異，房間裡邊很多設施都是很差的，比如説他的床特別的差，彈簧條已經凸顯了，就是睡起來整個就是很割背的感覺 酒店衹提供茶壺，不提供礦泉水，還有一個很重要的，一進門整個房間裏面是反臭味的，就是老房子的那種廁所的味道，整個房間的燈是黑壓壓的，定製間民宿的旅客一定要一定要看一看我的這個評論，反正入住體驗是很差的慎重慎重再慎重

設施非常老舊破爛，整個房間瀰漫著一股非常濃重的黴味，無論怎麼開窗通風都揮散不去，睡到半夜直接被臭醒！房間破舊能忍，畢竟衹有這個價格，但黴臭味是真不能忍，睡一晚起來整個呼吸道和肺部都非常不舒適！

這家民宿就在福朋喜來登背後，地方不錯，小區內環境很安靜，房間設備很齊全，入住很便捷，停車就在樓下，不收費，很方便。離日落沙灘酒吧和燈塔都很近，路上還能路過最美海岸線，值得推薦。

今年春節11天入住萬寧神州半島君御海民宿，是一個複式結構，可以住4人，很寬敞，能直接觀海，景觀不錯！但入住體驗不是很好，主要有以下幾點原因：1、因要帶狗狗，所以節前通過攜程預訂的，專門按允許攜帶寵物和寵物友好來篩選的酒店，剛好篩選出這家，感覺還不錯就訂下了，但今天退房後，出租方反饋説沙發巾和地上都是狗毛，從按金里扣了我們100元的清潔費。感覺不是很合理！既然是寵物友好酒店就應該考慮到寵物必然會掉毛，尤其是從冷的地方到了熱的地方就掉毛更厲害。或者房東應該配備一個吸塵器，也方便租客自己打掃。2、房間裏沒有配備足夠四人使用的碗碟，衹有四個大碗，沒有小碗，盤子也不夠，一般租民宿都會自己做飯，所以感覺非常不方便！而且電飯煲還是鋁質不粘鍋，且塗層有損壞，這種鍋很不健康！3、屋裡的清潔工具衹有兩個掃帚和一個撮箕，另有一個平拖，也沒有專門的拖把清潔桶，非常簡陋，租客自己做清潔也不是很方便！所以針對上述情況，希望房東和代租第三方能夠考慮進行硬件設施方面的改進，提高入住滿意度！

房間真的很大，位置也超級方便，距離海岸線很近，晚上吹完海風散散步走回去很愜意。房間採光很好，陽光可以灑進來很舒服，窗外視野很開闊，景色很美。
