地點很偏僻，附近修路大概一兩年不會完工。室內比較潮濕，尤其是第二卧室。床墊很硬，躺上會感覺到裏面鋼絲。有大陽台海景，價錢低，但是還是住後悔了

貴差，屋內打掃的不乾淨，廚房還有很多臟鞋印，沒有水，沒有一次性拖鞋，提供的拖鞋龐臭，屋內也有隱隱的臭味，客房直接對着走廊，窗户也鎖不上一夜都沒睡好。

2.我們是連住4天，中途不提供衞生打掃服務，
3.當天一個房間未按時提供辦理入住，且入住時地板明顯積水，服務員來後一萬個理由不處理（找各種藉口），協調後處理。

其他都挺好，但是酒店不提供接駁車服務有點失望，管家衹給有行李的提供接駁車服務，出島需要自己叫車（真不好叫）或者步行出島（帶孩子走略遠），特別是看到其他酒店的接駁車來回接送客人起到了鮮明對比，略感失望，其他沒什麼毛病
