房間挺大，但是設備陳舊，部分不能使用，電梯不能使用，衹是擺設，衞生不合格，室內太潮濕，黴味太大，蚊蟲太多，蚊蟲叮咬睡不着覺，名為温泉當晃子，根本沒有温泉水，洗澡也放不出熱水，環境不錯但管理的不好，服務水平差。
這種賓館就是一鎚子買賣，免費也不來住了。請平台給下架，別在坑害消費者了。

大年三十入住，酒店，優點：房間空間還是比較大，缺點是衞生一般，
設備設施陳舊，最關鍵的是衞生間大小便後，抽水馬桶沖完水後，水箱就沒水了，大便留在抽水馬桶裏泡着，要等大約半小時才有水沖廁所，跟酒店前台溝通換房也是同樣問題，服務態度也是差，反正我是再也不會做回頭客，希望大家不要踩空！這是我入住酒店最尷尬的一次。

衞生一般，環境很差，我居然在屋裡看到了活物，不止是蚊子，還有壁虎，服務嗎！本來我是不需要付款按金的，但是在辦理入住的時候，就收入了按金，貌似是個人就收，還是跟攜程服務人員聯繫以後，才退了按金，再説設施，洗手間的門推不進去，拉不出來，我還以為是側推的門，總之，廢了九牛二虎之力才如廁完畢。以後再到興隆，不會住在這裏，得躲着點，光看外表很光鮮，藏在裡邊的可不是那麼簡單！

在90年代，興隆旅遊業興旺，遊人如織。時隔20多年再來興隆，沒想到如此的蕭條，完全沒有當年繁華的景象。位於迎賓大道的温泉賓館曾是規模最大的酒店之一，房間十分寬敞，當時硬件配套很好，我曾住過兩次。此次入住，依稀能看到原來曾經繁華的影子，可惜現在設備陳舊，住客很少，輝煌不再。當然，收費標準還是很親民的。

商家免費升了房，性價比很高。但是管理真是問題多，當天沒有熱水，這點訂房時説明瞭，這沒什麼。給我的房卡是壞的，所以跟前台説好，出門回來讓前台開。因為騎車到興隆，到的時候已經快8點，衹好出去找地方洗，還要吃飯做足療。回來的時候12點多點，大堂黑燈瞎火，有個值班的男的，明明有公卡，但非要執着的把那張壞卡修好，不肯給我開門，但感覺他根本用不明白系統。跟他講我第二天9點趕路，累了一天了需要趕緊休息。但他就是不肯開門，非得把卡修好不可。訂了酒店，卻半夜卻12:30無法回房休息，最後要找攜程客服了，才肯拿公卡開門。雖然您給我升了房，但這樣的服務不是差評沒天理！

房間很大，衞生間和淋浴室分開的。環境也很好。前台服務也很到位。美中不足的是受三年疫情影響，店裡的某些設施受損，比如游泳池，比如房間裏的大浴缸。
