I requested first floor because of my injured leg The hotel wasn’t busy but I still didn’t get first floor. Tv didn’t work elevator didn’t work through out our stay and I had to go up and down the fire stairs all day. It’s awful!
$100 deposit had to pay and ******* didn’t mention anything about it! Breakfast too short and everything was gone quickly. Pool indoor but extremely cold. Will not go back there

When checking in, we had great customer service. Breakfast in the morning was good. However, as soon as we stepped into our room it absolutely reeked of cat urine. There was litter up the wall, on the dresser, and on the floor. My husband got deodorizer from the front desk but it didn’t really help. The smell was awful. There was mold in the shower as well on the corner shelves.
I’m not sure if I would stay again because of this, despite the hospitality being good. I cannot get past the lack of cleanliness, especially because we have a 20 month old that was staying as well.

I love the property, it was very nice, but it is pet friendly I don't like them in my space and i know people have good reason to have pets just so long as i do not have a room and I know it but other than that i say again love the property and I will recommend it to anyone.
