幫朋友預訂的，是自己名字但是給了朋友確認函確認號。凌晨2點辦理入住前台堅持要求我本人拿護照到現場才可以辦理入住，發護照圖也不認，攜程打電話溝通也不認，凌晨兩點我衹好被迫起床去該酒店辦理入住，刻板不人性化的酒店
