This is a nicely located, somewhat self-contained apartment with complete facilities, including an oven that also functions as a microwave. It's easy to use, but there's no instruction manual, so you have to figure it out yourself – this is something that needs improvement! The room is super spacious and very comfortable, but the toilet lacks a bidet toilet or a small water jet, which is a rather outdated feature! This also needs improvement, so I should deduct points for that, so we can improve! Booking a month in advance really offers great discounts; during peak season, the price will more than double! Booking a month in advance is definitely necessary.

A very clean, spacious room with everything you need for a comfortable stay...a coffee machine and capsules, a dishwasher and tablets, everything was thought out to the last detail, the shampoos and shower gel were fragrant and high-quality, and the operators were available 24/7 for fast, high-quality service! There are washers and dryers, and laundry capsules are also provided! This is a great central location! I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent apartments with hotel service. They had everything you need to cook, coffee capsules, and the dishwasher was refilled upon request, and everything we needed was always delivered quickly. The bed had a perfect king-size mattress; we slept wonderfully; it was very comfortable and cozy. You can get to almost anywhere from here, some by public transport, some on foot. We stayed for almost 12 days, and this place felt like home. We would happily return. Thank you for the service and the excellent apartment. We were sad to leave.

We received a free room upgrade; everything was clean and nicely furnished. Two high-quality TVs, dishes, a hairdryer, etc., were all provided. The location was good, about 2.5 km from the Palace of Culture and Science.
