Great hotel with nice clean rooms. Nice style and quiet. The bathroom is added into the room, so it is not the most spacious layout but still large enough for two people. The location is a bit on the side of the city centre, so it is a longer walk to pałac kultury or old town.

The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and the room is well designed with satisfactory amenities. There are two things I wish the hotel would work on: a smart TV that can't connect to the internet/screen mirroring; and the politeness of some staff at the reception could be improved.

The shower booth was not convenient. It has to be fixed.

Good location- close to the airport and Zahodnya bus station. Staff at the reception is very friendly, and organized an earlier check-in after a long flight. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious.

Services are good. Staff is responsive and polite. I had a good stay here.

Very nice hotel in a fairly central location two minutes from the station and bus stop. Located in a quiet area and ideal for those looking for comfortable and elegant accommodation

The first choice for business trips in Warsaw. The hotel is a serviced apartment. In addition to 5-star room facilities, there are also convenient facilities such as microwaves and refrigerators. The accommodation experience is excellent. The only regret is that the quilt provided by the hotel lacks comfort and is small in size.

The third time was the worst - the smallest room, on a low floor, with a broken door. Poor quality cosmetics. Cleanliness not maintained. Variably poor service at the reception - spiteful, sarcastic and unhelpful. They don't hear a question and the answer is already no. And with a raised voice. Good luck, because with such an attitude it's hard to keep customers.
