ibis Warszawa West Station

The breakfast was quite extensive, and they even had freshly squeezed juice on Saturday. It's a 10-minute walk to Warszawa Zachodnia station, which makes it very convenient for getting to the city center, Krakow, Gdansk, and other cities. You can also catch a bus (136 then 175) to the airport just across the street, which is a great option if you have luggage and don't want to walk 10 minutes to the train. The hotel is clean and quite quiet, and there's a water dispenser on every floor. However, there's only one type of amenity for washing – shampoo, body wash, and hand soap are all the same. While this is standard for Ibis, I still hope they can improve it. Overall, I recommend it.

Perfect location for travelers. The 15-minute taxi ride from the airport and 10-minute walk to the bus station were major factors in choosing this hotel for us. After reading some reviews, I was prepared for a less-than-ideal experience, but everything turned out much better than I expected. We were checked in quickly at 2 AM, thanks to the online check-in service. The room was quite comfortable, with a kettle, hairdryer, and a comfy bed. The only downside I noticed was the well-worn towels. Otherwise, I was very comfortable at this hotel.

The food at Ibis Kitchen was great, especially breakfast. The variety was extensive, and it was a huge plus that it started at 6:30 AM. The location was convenient too; it's a short walk from Warsaw West Station if you go through the underpass and exit at the park on the south side.

1. Great location. There's a train station nearby, two shopping centers, and it's a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. 2. Delicious and varied breakfasts. I especially enjoyed the homemade lard spread. 3. Comfortable pillows and mattresses. 4. The room temperature was comfortable. It was 17-26°C outside.

I liked that the room was very clean. The location is convenient, not far from the bus station. What I didn't like was the service. They speak Polish or English at reception. I speak Ukrainian and Russian, but the guy pretended not to understand me very well, even though all these languages are quite similar. It's not like I was speaking Chinese! When a female guest approached and spoke English, she received a completely different attitude; they smiled at her and spoke courteously. When someone is paying, what difference does it make what language they speak? I believe staff should be polite to all guests. There was no shampoo in the room, and only one towel (for the body), no face towel. Overall, it wasn't bad, but the interaction at reception left a sour taste. I wish the service staff were more welcoming.

This hotel offers good value for money, and the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was just okay, edible.

I stayed for two nights and had no issues whatsoever. The hotel is conveniently located near train and tram stations, so getting around won't be a problem. While there aren't many restaurants nearby, the hotel's own restaurant serves delicious food.
