I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. Patrycja who was on vacation , is always making sure that guest will receive the best service ever , she organized in advance and gave all the instructions before my arrival to respond to all my requests Patrycja is a gem for this hotel Every morning it was a real feast at breakfast which is always delicious with new things to discover and to taste each time I come back Breakfast have a large choices with high quality The breakfast team is also very professional, thanks to Ada, kinga but particularly to Katja who does a remarkable job thank you Katjia for an extremely good service and your kindness. Every evening we dined at the hotel Restaurant Fuego , the dishes are always delicious, the team provides a good and fantastic service the restaurant is managed by Bartosz, Food & Beverage Manager he is perfect with his job.always taking care of the customers Bartosz is always smiling and in a good mood Thank you Bartosz Thanks to Kuba and Teresa For a very good service but I would particularly like to thank Valentina and Mateus who are both absolutely fantastic Very professional and smiling, they brings a lot of happiness to the Restaurant As conclusion If this amazing Hotel functions perfectly it is without doubt due to the except

Platinum Palace Boutique Hotel & Spa

Wroclaw|3.96km from city center
To absolutny szok! Szczęśliwie jesteśmy wszystkożerni i bez alergii pokarmowych i szczerze musimy przyznać, że dania, które nam podano to MAJSTERSZTYK! Doskonałe jedzenie i stek najlepszy, jaki w życiu jadłam. To jednak tyko mały minus. Widać kawa w tym miejscu cenniejsza niż powrót zadowolonych go

The good: Great location. Modern room. Quite. Microwave. Staff are friendly, but constrained by their inept management's policies about operations. The Bad: Everything else. We booked for a two week stay. When we asked for Toilet paper, they were out - more about that below. We asked for a second set of keys because I was working while my wife was sightseeing. That was not possible. Even when asked to speak with the management, they could not produce a manager. The problem is that they use physical keys to get in and out and a card to use the elevator. If you had the card, at least you can get to outside of your room. If your spouse is out with the key, you're screwed until she gets back. When asked to get clean linens and towels and clean the room, they said that only comes with stays of 14 days, and we are only checked in for 13 days. It says there is a washer - not really, there is a shared tiny washer that takes 3 hours to run. There is no dryer. When you ask about drying clothes they give you a small foldable rack to hang your clothes to dry. No problem on the outside patio...unless it's raining outside, which it was. Asked where to put the garbage, they said leave it outside of the door at the room. Later called us and asked us to dispose of it on another floor, with obsure instructions to find the garbage container. Aside from that, when we wanted fresh towels, they didn't have enough. When we wanted toilet paper, they were out - I'm not joking. There were no pots to boil water to make coffee. The utensils are small and were dirty (bring a spork). This is a large company making B&B (without breakfast) style rooms available, but with not enough staff and no regard for their customer needs or their satisfaction. Don't stay here!

That place is the worst I ever had a displeasure to deal with. We've made reservation for two apartments but had to cancel one of them few weeks before our trip due to circumstances. First they charged us for both apartments even they said payment on arrival. When contacted for any explanation and refund they've asked for bank details (they charged credit card and refund suppose to go there). The next they they charged us again but this time for one apartment. No word of refund though. At some point they stopped to answer our calls or answer to emails. We had no clue when or if we'll get our money back. They before arrival we received a txt message informing lift will be out of order into days. On arrival appeared lift is already out. Receptionist pretend she has no idea about it even though lift is next to receptio and there is huge sign out of order on it. Now the funniest thing....our apartment was on 6th floor. No apology about the lift. No apology about the over charges. I understand this place was cheap but some customer service would be nice. Obviously they don't care about possible return of their customers. We received our refund eventually after two weeks.

Having read previous reviews and browsed the photos we knew the hotel was somewhat dated in appearance, but this was not a problem. However, it is 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and on the main tram route. The downside is that the trams are extremely noisy, and if you have a room overlooking the road you will certainly hear them. Rooms are dated but clean and the buffet breakfast very good (coffee is excellent). Breakfast room is quite compact for a large hotel, so you have to pick your time. One issue we had was the lack of a bar for an evening drink. The bar only appeared to be open while the restaurant was serving in the evening. Good value for money and we would certainly return, but with courtyard facing rooms.

Lovely little hotel in a perfect location . Rooms nothing fancy but clean and well thought out. 24 hr bar was useful , although not a big selection of drinks we used it on our first evening after arriving. We didnt book breakfast but plenty cafes and bakeries around, we visited Jolie Brasserie twice and sat in the park ( after the opera house) with fresh rolls, coffee and pastries twice . The location is perfect for the market square . We also visited the little square behind the opera house and wandered down towards the canal to Domek and Fosa a lovely little bar/ restaurant. Wasabi is a busy bar and resturant outside the hotel with great cocktails . Hotel kept our cases on our last day as we had a late flight.

We have visited during our journey from Spain to the east of Poland and this was by far the best hotel we stayed during our 5 days journey. Nice staff at the reception, clean and nicely designed rooms, and fast room service from the restaurant on the ground floor. On top of that, they accept dogs! The bed was super comfy and pierogi and schnitzel to die for. We have also ordered breakfast which was super big and balanced. A big plus is also the parking behind the building. We will be definitely back.

A lot of parking spaces and above all free parking, clean rooms, delicious and large breakfasts, and a nice service at both reception and restaurant. Modern room with a comfortable bed and super also that there was air conditioning in it. I'll definitely come back here on the next occasion :)

As a family we stayed here in May earlier this year. I've stayed at this hotel many times now and it's always the first place I look at when I'm booking my return to Wroclaw. What has always stood out at this hotel is how excellent and helpful the staff are. Some have come and gone over the years, both in reception and the breakfast area but there are still some familiar faces and they are always more than happy to assist. I've stayed in a few different rooms at the hotel and as mentioned on a previous review some of the rooms do need an upgrade, not all but some do. The ones that have been upgraded are really excellent. In no way luxurious but clean, comfortable, tidy and modern - perfect for what I'm looking for in a city break hotel. The rooms that haven't been upgraded - most from what we've stayed in are fine, especially for a lads weekend, the odd one that we've stayed though probably did need an overhaul but generally speaking the non upgraded rooms are OK as well. The breakfast, as ever offers more than enough to start the day. Fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cereals. It's not the most extensive and some people may want more than what's on offer but if its included in your stay it's good value. Location - again as mentioned many times, is excellent - a short walk to the main square and well positioned for jumping in and out of taxi's if you want to go a but further afield. As with all my previous reviews I give it 5*'s again, that's based on the value in relation to the location, the standard of the hotel, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and as important as all those things - the staff, they always push it over the line when I come to reviewing the hotel. I'm about to book my trip to Wroclaw for the Xmas, it's highly likely we'll be staying here again,
