"Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money."

"There was a kitchen in the room, but unfortunately there was no basic equipment, such as pots or other cooking accessories. Only microwave and refrigerator were available in the common corridor, which significantly reduced the use of the kitchen. The bathroom was common, but clean and aesthetic is a decisive plus. The biggest minus of stay was, however, the total lack of basic organizational information. I did not receive room number or input codes: neither for possession nor for building, nor for the key safe. This situation put me and my partner at risk of high stress and long waiting for the facility. Plus, the quick response of the hotel chat gave me these basic information to enter the room, but this does not change the fact that the lack of key information has made my stay negative."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again."

"Excellent facilities marred only by the constant drumming from the festival activities opposite the hotel with a view to the National Arts Centre. 10-15 Minute walk to Railway Station. Left luggage facilities were used prior to checking in after 3:00pm which enabled City Tour Bus which commences close to the Hotel - Tourist information Centre in the Cultural Centre opposite the Railway Station"

"It's near the airport. So is good if you are flying off early next morning. The staffs are English speaking and friendly. The heating in the rooms are not working and it's extremely cold during winter, immediately the counter staffs change to another room for me. They also help me book a taxi to airport ."

"The location is great, right near the Old Town. However, there were only two bathrooms for four dorm rooms, so someone was always using them. They also weren't very clean, which was a bit off-putting. It cost money just to enter the kitchen, and if you didn't pay, you couldn't even use the fridge or dishes. The paid breakfast (30 PLN) was quite basic; I'd recommend eating at a nearby milk bar for half the price instead."

"The location is perfect. The room was clean and tidy, just what I wanted. All my comments were taken into account. The information was sent the day before! The Wi-Fi worked wonderfully. It was quiet and comfortable. There was even a balcony! It was also warm in December. There were towels, plates, forks, and an ID in the room. But there was no stove. Perhaps it would have been better. There would have been no smell in the hallway; there was a microwave. Perhaps I had quiet neighbors, but I did not feel any discomfort. For this price, it's decent. I will definitely book this room in the future. Thank you!"

Cons: Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel are quite rude, which detracts significantly from the overall experience. The location is also somewhat inconvenient, as it is situated on the outskirts of the city. However, it is a practical choice for those needing close proximity to the airport."

"There was no heating and it was not fixed during my stay, the receptionist guy told that that may have heating problems on 1st and 6th floors."
