Klub Sosnowy

I returned on Sunday (06-06-21) from the ”Sosnowy Club”, where I spent a few successful days of rest in the fairy forest and a careful hotel with a specific name. The biggest pluses ”positive” are: 1. The crew, with a nice, handsome expert in the kitchen and Italian wines, Mr. Marcin! 2. Kitchen (excellent pizza and a flying berry cake) 3. Wine card 4. Adaptation of hotel facilities to a wide range of services 5. Central building architecture 6. Resource microclimate 7. Cool indoor pool Small plus ”negative” : slams-free elevator My opinion, is the result of the landscape shock I experienced after crossing the (a little camouflage) entrance gate leading to the fairy world, Where I looked (unsuccessfully) for the ravens.

The hotel was beautiful. We arrived very late (and booked late) so there was an issue with finding the booking, but this was resolved promptly. The bathroom was a little smoky (non smoking room). We informed staff in the morning, they were very apologetic and said they would check the room for future guests. It was a trip for our anniversary and the hotel provided sparkling wine- a lovely touch! I would highly recommend. Central location, nice hotel, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Excellent location, and I personally got a room upgrade with a perfect view! The room wasn’t the cleanest, some stains on the chairs and so, but overall clean room that needed update. Shower and sink were quite bad as water came out very slowly and both needed update, but the hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

Hilton Warsaw City should be proud of its outstanding Front Desk Manager (Sylwia Robak), as the world is becoming Digital every day and losing the actual human touch, anything we need or we ask for the answer is to go online, which is only good when it is widely available but when it is not there it fails you, was in a situation & couldn't find a night stay for one of our corporate who happens to be a COO, it was only because of Sylwia Robak who could understand our circumstances and our guest importance to confirm a room which was unlikely we could have got it online. Hats off to Sylwia, keep up the good work and we look forward to promoting the Hilton Warsaw City hotel to our clients and will always praise your outstanding efforts to help us. ”YOU ARE A STAR” From our company you have *****.

What a great place to stay! Good location, fantastic breakfast, huge room, enormous bathroom, and a gym and a pool/spa to die for. Couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but the choice of food was out of this world. Also, you can get a smaller breakfast and pay three times as less. Overall though, a lovely stay.
