Always My One & Only Home in Warsaw❤️ Very comfy and safety stay. Located in a very great location. Excellence breakfast, great facililities, nice amenities. Outstanding service from reception to room.

Friendly staff and efficient check in process. Hotel is a Classic Hotel so interior is representing the old time. Only a few steps from train or bus station super central. The area around the hotel has nice restaurants (just keep going away from Main Street). Room was spacious and very clean. If you want something to criticize maybe a few more breakfast options would be nice like more fruits or fresh made pancakes. Would come again and stay there again for sure.

Everything was great, especially the amenities with many restaurants, bars, a spa, a gym... I have however to mention that the trainee receptionist who checked me out was not particularly friendly. She told me I could not use the gym after checking out. This is very surprising in an airport hotel - far from the city - where many people will have to wait for their afternoon or evening flight long after checking out. Thankfully I asked again to another staff in the afternoon, who was more than happy to give me access to the gym. I would therefore recommend that the trainee in question improves her hospitality skills.

Excellent location 3 minutes from the terminal. Convenient for early morning flights. However dining options are limited

The hotel is very comfortable, with good views and facilities. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are many large shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Opposite the Palace of Science and Culture, the scenery at night is first-class. It's a very good travel experience, basically I choose this hotel every time I'm in Warsaw. The service staff has a good attitude and smiles.

The stay was okey, the location was really good, but the room quite small and located next to the trams so it was hard to sleep from 5am. They also gave us only one set of towels even though the room was for 2 people.

What a great place to stay! Good location, fantastic breakfast, huge room, enormous bathroom, and a gym and a pool/spa to die for. Couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but the choice of food was out of this world. Also, you can get a smaller breakfast and pay three times as less. Overall though, a lovely stay.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the old town on foot. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel service is very good.

Pros: The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with a bathtub. The bed is soft and comfortable, there is a big selection of food at breakfast at the hotel and it tastes good, the staff was nice, the pool is large and the water is quite warm Cons: The water in the pool sometimes smells bad, the gym is very small, the hairdryer, iron in the room look old and hard to use, the hotel location is not the best. Additionally, it seems that water is not complimentary as I was surprised when hotel staff brought a card machine to my room for payment. The price for water was also surprising; at that price, I would have never requested it and would have bought water from outside instead.

Excellent hotel. Located in the center of the pedestrian availability, to all sights .Breakfasts are good but better to buy them in the hotel itself . Beds are convenient , rooms are spacious . Good Staff . Good cosmetics .
