What started off as a spur of the moment decision when we were looking for a place to stay in the area turned into an unforgettable stay. Completely private. You get almost full-access to wander around the castle at night. Walking along the ramparts and climbing the towers to look over the town was incredible. The breakfast the next day was surreal, eating in a room that could fit 100 people and looked straight out of a tv show. Plenty of choice and the ability to order as much as you want. Staff were wonderful and helpful throughout. Atmosphere was truly unique. Definitely recommend.

The Rose suite contained within a 14th c. castle tower with age appropriate furniture - quirky rather than luxury and ideal for those with a love of history. The modern additions not as good as should be - the first challenge being the coffee maker with no instructions even removing the pods from the holder was difficult. The bathroom was freezing with a permanently stuck open window and healthy January wind blowing in. The Tv which was supposed to pop up from its cabinet at the end of the 4 poster had lost its pop. Again with no instructions as to use I had to text our contact who at first said the switch was behind the lamp then that it didn’t work and was due for repair and finally instructed me lift the lid of the cabinet and fish around inside for a black box with an override switch to lift the tv. Once done we then spent 30 mins trying to find a channel with 3 tv remotes finally having to reboot the sky box - by this time we had lost interest. All the staff are friendly and helpful - the afternoon tea was very good and the staff excellent. The private tour of the castle was comprehensive and intense. The breakfast was very good and served in one of the state rooms which felt a little odd with one small table placed in the middle of a very large room. The Castle Dungeon tour billed as scary was more comical and relied on various members of our group being singled out to take part in various embarrassing situations - possibly more appropriate to ask for volunteers then to pick on individuals. The tour starts with what I can only describe as an aggressive catawauling harpy screeching unintelligibly at the group. Overall this experience is unusual as you are staying within a castle tower up a winding stair with over 50 steps. It is quite expensive but don’t expect luxury. The staff are very good and include Ellie who is a great asset to the organisation who seems to do everything including serving breakfast. George the Castle tour guide who has obviously read the book. I didn’t meet Jordan but he talked me through repairing the tv for them.

What a fabulous experience! The Rose Suite package made us feel like kings for the weekend! The room is incredible, you really feel you've stepped back in time; the attention to detail & atmosphere are wonderful. You can step right out onto the battlements from the suite! A private breakfast in the State Dining Room the next morning was actually surreal. The concierge service really takes incredible care of you - Ellie & Jordan were amazing. All the extras, the private tour, the tea, the gifts for our son (who was a knight for the weekend!), made it feel like a truly special and magical experience. We will look back fondly on this for years to come.

Well what a great visit and overnight stay, my wife, Joanne and I, have just experienced at Warwick Castle, in their Towers Peacock Suite. First our suite was sumptuous, lavish and warm, with a very grand 4 poster bed as its centrepiece. The staff were all you could wish for, polite, prompt, efficient, informative and professional, throughout. Easily accessible at the end of a telephone. Our private tour was exceptional, a full and thorough historical story and tour of upstairs and downstairs of this fabulous castle, steeped in history, I bet Daisy was something of a great characteristic lady, although I use lady with my tongue firmly in my cheek.

The room is phenomenal in the tower - we had Ellie and Zack for concierge service and couldn’t have been more helpful or lovely. We had a slight snafu with shower gel (finding the bottle empty after already washing hair) and Zach ran up with a new bottle in what seemed like seconds!!! You people have superpowers I’m sure The amenities, the surroundings, the lovely staff - all made it so unique and wonderful I couldn’t recommend it enough. Last but not least, the private history tour - if you have the absolute pleasure of having the tall and beautiful Andrew being your guide, you’re going to fall in love. The amount of knowledge this man holds is phenomenal!!! He can list off years and explain battles with the same gusto, information and enthusiasm as the salacious gossip of the last few hundred years of the estate’s family. My jaw was permanently on the floor and I have not enjoyed learning so much in forever. He is an absolute gem of an employee and made us love Warwick Castle so much more.

From arriving in the car park and being greeted by our concierge Ellie, being given gold cards to grant access and special treats, we had 48 hours of being treated like royalty. We stayed one night in the Peacock suite, in a tower. After the grounds closed we were the only guests there! Free range to wander around. Bubbly in the room. Nothing too much bother. Great fun!

Fabulous weekend stay in the Peacock Suite at Warwick Castle celebrating a 60th birthday. Highly recommend a stay in the castle for a special occasion, fantastic service from all the staff the whole weekend. Afternoon tea in the conservatory, breakfast in the library, private one to one tour with a castle historian, the Dungeons was a scream... Literally! we had the whole grounds to ourselves on Saturday after 5 when the public left & had our champagne in the Peacock Garden. Huge thanks to Ellie in concierge who made us feel very special & really could not do enough for us, probably the best 121 service I've ever had anywhere, ever! Andrew, the castle historian was fantastic on our 121 tour & we learnt so much. The whole weekend was amazing, thankyou so much to all the team at Warwick Castle for making our stay a very special & unforgettable experience.

A truly unique, exceptional experience! We stayed in the Peacock Suite for our anniversary and were absolutely blown away. It was the most magical weekend and worth every penny. We will be back! A BIG shout out and enormous thank you to Ellie, Jordan & Honey - we were so well looked after, honestly we can’t thank you enough. The best stay-cation we’ve ever had, 100 out of 10. Warwick castle is the BEST.

Unfortunately despite reading fantastic reviews before we went, our experience was completely different and a disaster from start to finish. At over £600 for the night plus £170 for the medieval banquette, our expectations were high. The day before we telephoned to check temperature of the room as we were in the middle of a heatwave. We were told the room was lovely and cool being in a castle but just in case they will put a fan in there for us. We phoned our concierge on arrival who met us in the car park. The room wasn't ready so we left our bags in the car whilst the concierge explained the basics. We had already planned our 2 days events as we didn't want to miss anything being they are on at specific times only. The concierge told us the times are different to that on the website so we took a photo of her lanyard with the news times and adjusted what we were doing and when accordingly. We asked again about the temperature of the room to be told it was extremely hot in there, we mentioned the fan we had requested the day before and she said she knew nothing about it but would get one put in there. Our concierge left us to it at approx 11.30 and said she would phone us by 2pm to let us know the room was ready. We started exploring. By lunchtime we were ready for some food. None of the food vendors were open, there were various choices such as pizza, chicken wings, etc, but all were closed so we went to the undercroft cafe. It was June so we were surprised there was nothing open. We arrived at 1.15pm and all sandwiches had been sold and the only other option was a Yorkshire pudding wrap with roast potatoes. It was 33 degrees outside and we didn't want anything hot. Further touring of the castle grounds we discovered a fish and chip van hidden away but we were not even aware it was there. Concierge told us nothing of food and didn't give us a map or anything. We were given a gold card which gave us 20% of everything in shops, etc, but everytime we used it the staff almost visibly tutted and were put out by us using it. We made our way to the jousting to discover we had missed a part of the beginning as the times our concierge gave us were wrong, it turns out the website times were correct. We watched the falconry display, which was amazing, and at the end the announcement came over the tannoy that the castle was now closing, this was 4pm. We had heard nothing from the concierge so we phoned them and asked about our room, got a reply of yes it's been ready for hours but no one had told us. We were told to meet them at the bottom of our tower so we returned to the car and had to cart our own luggage from the car to the tower which was quite a trek. When we finally got in the room it was like an oven and no fan, so we again had to request this. Also in the room we discovered information about locations and food vendors which we knew nothing about as we hadn't been able to access the room. After having a shower and experiencing the entire bathroom f
