Blue Horizons Guest House

It has taken me a long time to write this review and I hestitated in writing it because Brenda was absolutely lovely. This was booked for me by a work colleague for whom I am still quietly planning my revenge. I was put in a ground floor apartment that absolutely stank. I don't know if it was sewage or rot or if somebody had recently died in that place but the rancid smell permeated everything and I woke up on the second morning vomitting from it. The decor was 70s or early 80s. Even the cups, plates and cutlery were from that era and stained and chipped accordingly. I had photos on my phone but I deleted them because when I looked at them, I could smell this place all over again. The location is really inconvenient and you will have to take long bus rides or expensive taxi rides to get anywhere. The only place within walking distance to get food is a petrol station. Blue Horizons is thoroughly depressing and I do not recommend staying here
