Stayed overnight at the Premier Inn recently. Room was very clean and comfy. Had a great night's sleep. Really enjoyed the breakfast the following morning. Lots of choice for cereals and pastries and a cooked breakfast. I'd like to thank Tracy who was so helpful and made sure I had veggie options for the cooked breakfast. She was so friendly and chatty. She's a credit to the team. We will be back 😊

Stayed one night whilst on business and the hotel was perfect for all my needs. The room was extremely clean and great and the service provided throughout was second to none. Breakfast in the morning was first class and the range of food was brilliant. Special mention to Tracy who went above and beyond to action all my requests whenever I had. Highly recommend.

The hotel is good We stayed in an accessible room and the room space and layout is good The accessible bathroom with shower is probably the best I’ve stayed in anywhere which is very reassuring when thinking about booking with a brand - obviously it is vital to be able to use the bathroom. The issue is the lack of parking and people using wheelchair access spaces who don’t need them. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed and experienced this major issue - it’s imperative to be able to actually park somewhere! A real shame as the room, staff and accessibility is excellent.

Paid for a Premier Plus room which includes Ultimate WIFI in which during my 3 day visit they was unable to provide. The restaurant for the evening meal was chaotic and dis-organised. I was given a number to call to complain to and was not offered any money back as a result.

I enjoyed every moment of my stay as the staff and facilities are great and it will be nice to come again probably with my family for leisure. I had a very deep and enjoyable sleep. Thanks for your great hospitality.

This is a well appointed hotel, easy to find and very comfortable. Unfortunately,, had to ask for extra towels and there were no extra pillows in the case. I don't think its worth the extra money for a Premier Plus room. Good place to stay to visit Warwick and Stratford. Liked having the restaurant on site.
