Their shower faucet is broken. My partner and I had a hard time while showering. Booked for a two night stay but room make up was not allowed. A bit weird for a hotel policy considering we spent at least 2 nights. Also, they say that your credit card deposit didn’t push through even if it did, which results you to having multiple deposits. You have to make time to reach them just to cancel or refund the other deposit (which took weeks).

My stay at this hotel Fairfield Inn and suites in Washington DC Chinatown was very unhappy on pleasant staff was very rude and unprofessional staff did not have a very good customer service in every time I had called down to the front desk the X from any immunity did I need for my Room it took the melees 3 to 4 hours to bring anything up I really would like my money back because of the simple fact of I did not feel comfortable my state was unpleasant and I was very unhappy

Located in Chinatown. The price/performance ratio is very good. Not far from the big bus tour location. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the room.

There was a parking charge or $52 per day whether you checked out early or bot. Besides that, there was some additional charges that came to $38 per night. So overall, we ended up paying $90 per night over our booking rate. ******* never mentioned these rates

Located in China town. Great breakfast, ice water and coffee available in the lobby. The area is ok, but some of the restaurants don’t look appealing. The Irish pub is very average.

The hotel was nice and comfortable vit there were a few things that made me scratch my head. For example the lack of traditional plugs in tge bathroom or really anywhere. I have a fast charger for my phone but it doesn't have a USB port its a c port on both ends. My toothbrush is electric and there was no where to plug in the bathroom or a hair dryer. I had to search for a regular plug. Another thing was the cover on the bed, it was super thin barely provided any warmth. Overall the room was clean and comfortable and functional but it was just ok.

Room was spotless when we got there, lobby was clean and looks great. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, along with the Valet staff. Would have been nice to have a larger selection of TV channels but didn’t matter too much since we only watched it when we were going to bed. Very happy with the location, being only a VERY short walk to Capital One Arena. If you’re going to a Caps/ Wizards game, stay here. CVS close by to pick up things you need.

No one cleaned our room during the three days we stay. Room key consistent not working. The worst part the air conditioner runs like a train in your room.

Nice, pleasant 1 night stay.The only thing I did not like was the $52 charge for parking. That was certainly unreasonable and disappointing. I probably will not stay again because of this charge.
