Location is great. But the service is very average, the room keeper even threw my pajama onto the floor when she cleaned the bed. Although the room is spacious, the amenities are so bad. The AC heating is very noisy in my room. The worst thing is the air quality. I got sneezing all the time for three consecutive days during the stay; at first I suspect I got a flu or even covid, but when I got back home every symptoms were gone. It was just in the hotel room that my nose was running badly.

The room is small, the bathroom is big, but the tea room, dressing room, and bath are very unreasonable. I have stayed in the worst hotel. It really doesn't match the price. There are no slippers and water. I will give you a follow-up call. No exhaust fan, pure natural dehumidification after bathing, no equipment at all,

I liked the charm to the classic feel. The room was very clean, the only issue is the noisy heating. The bar has a cozy fireplace. The food at the restaurant is great.

Such a charming , smaller vintage hotel. Attractive rooms, very comfortable, spotless.
The staff are cordial & efficient.
We look forward to returning, when next in D.C.

Amazing historical hotel with excellent service from arrival to departure. Location was Perfect, in walking distance to everthing.
Only drawbacks are parking is valet only at $52 a night, and the ceiling fans was extremely loud.
Food was fabulously delicious and the cocktails were perfect.
We'll definitely be back.
