This management company cancelled my reservation 5 days before the start of our vacation without warning or explanation, causing us to scramble and have to stay at another property at a much higher expense.

I booked a room for the night for my daughters birthday for 4 people. When I arrived, the bedroom door was broken and I noticed there were only sheets for the pullout couch. Being I had 4 guests I expected them to have blankets for the bed. I asked for blankets and they told me to wait until tomorrow because all the linens were dirty. I asked what I was supposed to do with just a sheet, then at 10pm a woman brought up a dirty comforter with a stain on it that I can only assume was someones dirty comforter from the dirty laundry. The wifi didn't work and when I asked for the late checkout due to the tropical storm-they said no and after complaining to management, they had the audacity to blame me for losing a nite even though we were out of there by 11 and offered no compensation for not giving me blankets or any of the expected things you would receive for paying 400$ a night. Avoid this place at all costs. Worst customer service!
