The hotel is not your typical dimension but it was clean and the mattress + pillows are one of the best I have slept on. The location was good as it was close to Metro, White House, Lincoln memorial, and Georgetown (walking around 20 mins). There is also a Metro station close by. However, it’s far away from the convention center though, you will need to take a taxi or Uber to get there.
The one suggestion I have is to provide kettle for hot water in the room as well as bottle waters. Most of the reception reps are very helpful and cheerful, only the grave yard shift reception lady is not in a good mood (I know it’s grave yard shift…but). The elevator needs some improvement as well since it’s very slow… (I’m not sure it’s because of the elevator manufacturer or because of the old building).

Staff went above and beyond to help us with our trip. Our only complaint is that the room was small. Would stay here again.

Hive Hotel provided a spacious and comfortable room, consistently friendly service, and a perfect location between the Mall and Georgetown. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. I'll stay there again.

The room is very small, two people can sleep in bunk beds, and the floor space is very small. It feels full with just two people standing. Everything else is very good, clean, comfortable and safe. We stayed for two nights and no one came to clean the room in between. It was different from other hotels.

It is a good value for money hotel. There is a bar on the first floor, but it wasn't too noisy. The bunk bed was also not very uncomfortable. However, it was a pity that the check-in time was delayed due to a problem with the hotel. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

On the campus of George Washington University, the surrounding is very quiet. It is two or three intersections away from the subway foggy bottom station. It is very convenient. The pizza in the small bar tastes good (no tip required)
The only problem is that it is small. The first time I saw the front door, I thought it was the back door and I didn’t dare to go in. There is no room left after putting the bed in the room. It is still worth recommending
