Spacious, Modern Luxury 2 bed, 2 bath w/ Spectacular Rooftop!

Great Place! We've stayed in many VRBOs over the years, and this was one of the best. The hosts are super communicative and very easy to work with. The place is very spacious for a Washington visit, super clean. We watched 4th of July fireworks from the roof! Parking is on the street, but we never had trouble finding a spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Mark's place was clean, well stocked with towels and linens and a cool, refreshing place to rest out of the heat and humidity of DC. We recommend anyone traveling with kids or who are not used to long walks from Metro stations, to grab the bus stop on Georgia Ave. It is super close to Mark's place, and then you can take it to the Shaw/Howard Metro stop to easily navigate around DC. Mark was a very responsive host.

Perfect location near Washington Hospital Center Short walk to Washington Hospital Center, very clean, very comfortable, modern, everything we needed for a 4-day stay. Be aware that heat is controlled through an app (bring your Google password) which we were unable to make work, but host responded quickly when we asked to adjust. Would definitely stay there again.

DC Trip Mark was very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. Easy parking on street in front of house. Rooms were spacious and we made use kitchen and dining table.
