DC Retreat w/ Pvt Parking – Near Metro & Sights!

We were overall very pleased with our stay. It got pretty warm in the upstairs rooms, but there were fans and a portable air conditioner to help cool it down. Not much as far as dressers to unpack or for comfortable seating to lounge but we made do and would definitely stay here again. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in this home and felt very safe and secure.

Cute DC Townhouse Drive time to anything in DC is pretty much 30mins. Best to take any sort of public transportation. Nice to have onsite private parking area, easy check in and check out process. No extra cleaning so at this place the cleaning fee is worth it.

Great Getaway This property worked out really nice for my family and I. Plenty of room for the family to sleep comfortably and a really spacious fenced in backyard for the pups. Parking arrangements were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would love to revisit soon

Great spot and great location! Great location for convenience to Fed EX Field and the city. Great little community, easy parking, nice back yard for hanging out and enjoying the weather. Very clean and updated!

Family Reunion My family used the home while in town for a family reunion. The proximity to public transportation was great; the Fort Trotten metro stop is a short walk away. Everything you need is available in the home. The lower level was colder than the rest of the house but that is to be expected. Having two kitchens was nice. The microwave is on the lower level so sometimes food prep is a multi level experience. We did not use the lower refrigerator because it did not seem to be cooling and we didn't have much to keep refrigerated. Bedrooms were comfortable and a nice place to relax and prepare for the next activity. Comfortable house with a convenient location.

comfortable space The property was very clean I think should have more seats in the living room and the air conditioner on the second floor should be better the reverser on the baseman air conditioner is too cold. Overall is a nice place to stay.
