The working space is in front of a large window. The location is central and highly walkable to DC landmarks, museums, the metro, and other popular neighborhoods, like Dupont Circle, Shaw, and Georgetown. The owners live in the house above the unit. Please make sure that you lock the door press the closed lock on the key pad). Close the windows, turn off the stove, and appliances when you leave the unit (i.e. don't burn the place down). No parties, candles or smoking are allowed on the premises. Any guests must be registered with the owners. The owners live above the unit, love the space, and hope that you treat it like your own as well.
