All Sojourn cleaners are certified in cleaning practices based on guidelines from WHO, Center for Disease Control and Prevention, US Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the US Food and Drug Administration. NO CONTACT CHECK-IN and ENHANCED CLEANING This newly renovated basement apartment is a wonderful combination of historic elegance, modern updates and amenities, and a highly sought after Capitol Hill location. Encompassing the entire lower level of a gorgeous, newly remodeled home, this apartment is spacious and private. You will have your own private entryway that leads out onto the brick patio, but may also enter through the building’s main front door. The open plan kitchen and living space is equipped with everything you need to cook, dine, entertain, and relax. The living room features hipster-esque exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, a flat screen HDTV, and a sleeper sofa. The updated kitchen comes complete with all-new stainless steel appliances and cookware and dishes to make you feel right at home. An eating area doubles as a workspace, for those of you who take your work home with you. The apartment has ample storage with large cabinets and drawers. Perfect for the busy professional! The large bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed, a large flatscreen HDTV, two spacious closets, and a spotlessly clean full bath. Cable and high speed Internet access are included, so your home can double as a space for work as well as relaxation. We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking: 1) Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. 2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund. For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ... * Feminine Products.
