Hotel was close to Metro and plenty of restaurants. Staff is really friendly and helpful. It was my first time in DC and staying here was a plus.

Their shower faucet is broken. My partner and I had a hard time while showering. Booked for a two night stay but room make up was not allowed. A bit weird for a hotel policy considering we spent at least 2 nights. Also, they say that your credit card deposit didn’t push through even if it did, which results you to having multiple deposits. You have to make time to reach them just to cancel or refund the other deposit (which took weeks).

Check-in/out is quick, the location is great, and it's convenient to get to the Capitol, the Washington Monument, and various museums. Plus, getting in and out of the hotel is easy.
