It was ok, but there no slippers in the room. no electric kettle or coffee machine

Originally put in a smoking room despite asking for a nonsmoking room. Room wasn’t very clean, bathroom was small. Lots of stains in carpet.

Basic service, wifi and AC. Decent location near Union Market, walkable to Metro Station. No frills.

It’s okay if you just need somewhere to crash for a couple of nights if you are not too fussy. I booked here because I was on a low budget and wanted to get out of a shared hostel and glad I did. It’s cleanliness is not good… there was hair still in the bath and a dead bug, saw some cockroaches too. Also the rooms do not have a microwave or a means or boiling water which makes things difficult if you are on a tight budget.

We stopped to explore the city and visit museums. Convenient location: you can even walk to attractions. Although the metro station is 5-7 minutes walk. The staff is positive and helpful. Tries to please. There are no special amenities or frills, of course. The room is old, just like the bedspread and bed linen

I booked a room for three nights, but only stayed one night before leaving. I was bitten by ticks and lice. We found a tick on the bed, and it was covered in blood when we crushed it to death. We also found the body of another tick lying on my bed. I have two big, red, swollen, hard lumps on my face and waist from tick bites. I also had rashes and itchiness on my arms, legs, and ankles. I collapsed and went to see a doctor, but the nearby clinics didn't accept me and said they needed to make an appointment. I communicated with the hotel and told them I wanted to check out early, and they agreed and offered to refund my room fee. However, I have been communicating with Ctrip for two days, and Ctrip said that their partner ******* cannot contact the hotel and has been delaying my refund. I have returned to the hotel to confirm repeatedly whether to refund the money, and the hotel said that they will definitely refund ******* within one day, but I have not received a positive response from Ctrip for two days. It is a very bad hotel. The sheets are full of cigarette burns and are very dirty.

Regarding the location, there is a place called Union Market nearby, and there are places where you can eat Asian cuisine, so it is recommended for lunch. In addition, there are several restaurants, so I think it's good. It is not too far from sightseeing spots, so it is recommended for those who value cost performance.
