The best Hotel in DC and its was very clean plus the best amenities they have. Staff are friendly

The hotel facilities, room, and surrounding area were all great, and it was super convenient to get around by subway. However, I was pretty disappointed to find out I had to pay nearly $60 in extra fees just before checking out. This wasn't mentioned when I booked, which was a real shame. It would have been much better if I'd known about it beforehand.

Big room with reasonable price. The check-in and check-out procedure were all smooth.

Total crap! I didn't like the hotel. Queues at the reception. Bad soundproofing. Be careful, the hotel charges an extra $30 upon check-out for free wifi and other nonsense. There was no hot water in my room at this "luxury" hotel, and they charge $30 for additional services.

Everything perfect, comfortable room and very good breakfast. I was there for the NIAF event
