Don't believe them when they say they will waive the $600 pet move-in fee. It's a scam. They will say they never got the appropriate papers etc. They will treat you like cattle regardless of whether you are a new tenant or have lived there three years-- despite paying rent on time every month and making little to no complaints. They currently have 14 units available for rent and for good reason. Also, they refused our mail for a few weeks last year. REALLY BAD MOVE.
