I bought and paid for a King-size suite when I booked the room. When I arrived I was informed that my room was sold to someone else and we were placed in a inferior room. I DO NOT understand how my room was sold to someone else and my reservation not honored.
The property outside was not well marked and drove on unsaved dead-end roads trying to find parking. Only after leaving the hotel we’re we able to find a parking garage attached to the hotel.
The music from the club was very loud and made understanding the front staff when checking in very difficult.
We were very disappointed with the experience at this Hyatt.

The room was clean. But the little things need attention. The shower rack that holds the towels was rusty. The doorknob to the bathroom water closet sliding door was broken. Could not lock the door. I held it close with my feet untill it stopped moving. And the carpet under the end table left side of the bed was falling off the wall. It needs gorilla glue.

Nice place. Gave me a room key at check in that was to a room already occupied. That could have been really bad. Luckily no one was in there just luggage.

The room we stayed in needed a total redo. The beds were so sunken in that when me and my husband went to sleep we both rolled to the middle. The pillows were down feather pillows and the feathers were all bunched together and couldn’t be separated so it felt like we were sleeping on rocks. There were no sheets or pillowcase for the sofa bed. When we went down to the front desk they couldn’t find the sheets or pillowcases and gave us a hodge podge of sheets. Overall the hotel was clean, but I would never stay here again.

I usually love this property but this time a group of us stayed on first floor and had no hot water for 3 days. The staff was informed but nothing changed.
