"Five stars, highly recommend Tianhua Lou B&B! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the upstream of the Tuojiang River with stunning river views. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to Xueqiao Bridge and Beimen Wharf. The pick-up service from the high-speed train station was super convenient. The room is light luxury and spotless, with smart facilities everywhere. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent – I slept like a baby until I woke up naturally. The service was attentive throughout; the 24-hour butler was responsive and timely. They even offer free Miao ethnic costume photoshoots, a complimentary double breakfast and afternoon tea, and a local travel guide. The facilities are comprehensive, with a gym, laundry room, and swimming pool all available. The value for money is exceptional. Staying here in Fenghuang is definitely a no-brainer!"

"Our stay at Fenghuang Lanyue Resort Hotel was so heartwarming! 💖 Even though we arrived quite late after a full day exploring Fenghuang Ancient Town, we were unexpectedly and delightfully surprised the moment we stepped into the hotel! We were so happy! First, the bellhop who helped with our luggage immediately eased our post-sightseeing fatigue. Then, the front desk staff proactively offered us a free room upgrade! We had originally booked a twin room, but they upgraded us to a large twin suite. My child immediately exclaimed how great the hotel was upon entering the room, full of surprises! Everyone we encountered at the hotel was smiling and incredibly proactive with their service! At checkout, they even thoughtfully prepared a cute little souvenir for my child, which made her absolutely ecstatic! 🎁 It's these little details that show genuine care—this is truly what a vacation should feel like.
