"A short trip at the tail end of the Chinese New Year holiday, staying at the Tianlai Hot Spring Villa for 2 nights. The lakeside view, warm private hot spring, mahjong table in the room, and the thoughtful butler and housekeeping staff were all great. Plus, the Moon Bay Food Court was super close, and the kids had a blast! The service during the Chinese New Year holiday deserves praise. Despite the large number of breakfast guests, it was organized and orderly, with efficient seating guidance and quick table clearing. The queue for the noodle station during peak hours must have made the chef feel both happy and overwhelmed! 😄 In the mornings, we hiked Renhuang Mountain to work up a sweat, spent the afternoons sunbathing and soaking in the hot springs, and evenings playing mahjong and cards. It was absolutely relaxing, and next time we definitely need to stay for more days! Hahaha."

"Traveling with my parents and children before the Chinese New Year, I chose the Narada Hot Spring Hotel near Huzhou Moon Bay Scenic Area, and I was extremely satisfied. The hotel is quite large. Although the decor is a bit dated, it was definitely high-end back in the day, with quality materials and attention to detail. Both the hotel lobby and the rooms were very clean. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; they even sent WeChat messages with recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, including a shortcut to the lakeside. The hot spring area operates daily from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Since we visited on a weekday, there were 10 outdoor pools open and a large indoor wave pool, which was more than enough and very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast area also had a kids' play zone nearby, and the environment was pleasant, with delicious breakfast options. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Huzhou."

"First of all, the room is quite big and has a private hot spring. The environment is very quiet and it is quite comfortable to take a bath, but I also want to complain. The service of the housekeeper is extremely inadequate. I added WeChat in advance and just told me on WeChat when and where to have breakfast. After checking in, no one took the villa with us. We took our bags and went to find the room. We drove by ourselves, and they didn't tell us that we had to go to the front desk to enter the license plate number for free parking. I still listened to other housekeepers and guests before asking. My housekeeper told me to ask the front desk to enter it. At that time, I had left the front desk to go to the room. After entering the room, the private hot spring in the courtyard was full of water. I didn't understand whether it was left by the previous batch or the new water. In short, the housekeeper service is really a mess. Let the guests figure it out by themselves. I simply don't want to talk about housekeepers. Let the guests figure it out by themselves. I have almost stayed in all the high-end hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. This is the first time I have encountered such poor housekeeper service. I won't go again next time, haha"

"Our experience with hotel staff was a mixed experience, as only two male staff members were friendly and helpful, while some of the female staff were not friendly. Breakfast was pretty basic, mostly typical Chinese dishes, which might not be very friendly for foreign guests looking for variety. On the positive side, the hotel has a swimming pool and a play area, which is nice if you’re traveling with kids. But overall, this hotel is not worth the price."

"I went out to play with my friends. Because it was raining in Shanghai, I decided to go to Moganshan for one night and chose a homestay at will, but the stay was unexpectedly good. We drove there by ourselves. There is a parking lot downstairs and a charging pile. The parking lot is a public entertainment space of B1, with chess and cards, board games, billiards, and karaoke. There is also a Samoyed at the door, very close relatives, and I will be very excited to see someone come and bark. We have four people in a group, living in the loft on the third floor, two 2-meter beds upstairs and downstairs, very spacious and very soft, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. There is also an oversized terrace upstairs, there are tables and chairs outside to sit and blow the hair, and there is a large private soup pool to soak. The whole room was very clean and the facilities looked very new. There are camping tables and chairs outside the homestay, and there is a swimming pool, but we didn't use it. The homestay is operated by the owner and his family. The family is very friendly, and there is always a smile on his face. Any needs will be met as much as possible. The next day's breakfast was handled by the boss's mother. There were not many types. The aunt told us that there were noodles, small wontons and dumplings. We all had 3 of them. I ate the dumplings that my aunt had wrapped. It was too fresh and delicious. A bowl of food was still not finished, but I was not embarrassed to ask for it again. When I finally left, the boss also sent us a few packages of souvenirs, thank you very much. We were very satisfied with this homestay this time. Unfortunately, we went late that day. The next day we woke up and had breakfast and left. I felt that I had not had a good time. I said that I would come back to live here next time. Come early and play for a while."

"Highly recommended! The room was completely odor-free and had a simple yet stylish decor, exactly the kind of hotel vibe I love. The hotel offered a complimentary photoshoot, and my mom got to try on traditional costumes, which was a great experience. There's a pond at the hotel where kids can feed fish, as they provide fish food. The lobby offers different complimentary cold drinks every day, all of which are delicious. A big thank you to Manager Xiao Fan at the front desk for their patient and attentive service. The complimentary goodnight milk became an essential bedtime routine for my child – a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Moganshan; it's only a 6-7 minute drive from the high-speed rail station. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"The first impression was good, the lady boss was very friendly, but there were so many bedbugs that it was annoying. My husband and I were busy catching bedbugs at night. They kept coming in through the cracks in the door. They flew directly onto my husband's head as soon as he fell asleep, making him sick and unable to sleep. He was still catching bugs at 1:30 in the morning. The smell was too strong. If it weren't for the bugs, it would have been good."
