The response was prompt, and it was convenient to go back to the hotel to pick it up; the front desk staff even helped retrieve it. The service feedback was timely. Check-in was also very quick. There's a free shuttle bus directly to the border gates and airport, making travel super convenient. 🏨 **Lobby & Rooms**: The 35-meter high French-style dome mural and crystal chandeliers give you an immediate sense of being transported to Paris the moment you walk in. Every snapshot is a hit on social media! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding and exquisite bathroom amenities. Soundproofing and cleanliness are excellent. The front desk is responsive, and you can store your luggage for free. 🍽️ **Dining**: The hotel offers a variety of dining options with different cuisines, price points, and atmospheres to suit every guest's preference. During our stay, we dined most frequently at the 'Colourful Flavor' restaurant on the first floor. They have freshly made Cantonese dim sum and Western cold dishes. The prices are moderate, and the portions are generous and delicious. 📸 **Must-Visit Spots**: Don't miss the free observation deck on the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower for sunset and city views; capture the Eiffel Tower's reflection by the pool; and take an upward shot of the lobby dome for maximum ambiance. **Friendly Tip**: The shuttle bus can have queues during peak hours, so allow plenty of time. Overall, it's perfect for couples and family trips, offering romance, shopping, dining, and convenient transportation all in one place. Highly recommended!"

"When visiting Macau, if you're looking for a hotel that's affordable and convenient for shopping and leisure, Broadway Macau is the perfect choice! I recommend crossing the border via Hengqin Port. Take the Galaxy shuttle bus to Crystal Palace, then transfer to the small循環線 (circular line) minibus which will drop you right at the Broadway Macau entrance. The front desk staff were lovely and very enthusiastic, helping us check in smoothly. Since we arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet, we stored our luggage and went out to explore. From here, you can easily walk to Galaxy, Studio City, Parisian, and Londoner. Taipa Village (官也街) is also within walking distance. We returned in the afternoon after shopping, got our room key cards, and headed to our room. We had a twin room with a separate shower and bath in the bathroom. The bedding was comfortable, and once the curtains were drawn and lights off, there was no light pollution in the room, ensuring a great night's sleep. On the second evening, I went for a run. For fellow running enthusiasts, I suggest heading towards Ocean Gardens (海洋花园) – it has a comfortable running path and offers lovely night views of the Hou Kong River. On the third day, checking out was a breeze; just drop your room card into the express check-out box. It was only after we checked out that we discovered a pedestrian bridge directly connecting to Galaxy. By walking through Galaxy and exiting via the side door near Crystal Palace, you can then walk to The Venetian! The first two days we walked all the way around the hotel perimeter, which was exhausting! We were laughing at our own stupidity, haha. Oh, and the room I booked included a few soft drinks from the mini-fridge, which was a nice touch! I highly recommend this hotel! It's incredibly convenient for going out for a run, shopping, and finding food. Plus, there are buses right outside that can take you to places like Grand Lisboa!"

"The hotel's service started right from the moment of booking confirmation! Customer service called to inquire about all our needs and details, confirming everything and promising to do their best to meet our requests. At 3:30 PM, after passing through the gate, we smoothly boarded the complimentary shuttle to the hotel. A staff member guided us through check-in, and the bellhop helped with our luggage. The reception manager personally escorted us to our room, meticulously explaining the guest privileges we were entitled to, as well as the surrounding environment, dining options, and transportation. Upon learning that we already had a full itinerary, they very kindly and friendly wished us an enjoyable stay. The hotel is luxurious, grand, and elegant, with everything in perfect order. There was no disturbance, yet smiling staff members were always visible when help was needed. Any time we required assistance, it was quickly and efficiently handled through a WeChat conversation with our butler. Undisturbed, yet service was ubiquitous. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the air conditioning was comfortable and quiet. Facilities were comprehensive, including 220V power outlets. The lighting could be freely adjusted from bright to dim, which was very pleasant. We booked a non-smoking room, and there was no odor at all. Both the living room and bedroom were equipped with air purifiers. The bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathrobes were incredibly comfortable! There was also a small box in the safe for conveniently storing small loose items, which was a thoughtful touch! Dining options catered to all budgets; the food court was economical and tasted good, or you could head to Rua do Cunha for many other choices. This stay was an incredibly satisfying choice for our trip! 👍"

"This hotel is an excellent choice for families with children. It's very close to Galaxy Macau and the Light Rail Transit, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff are really enthusiastic, and they even offer turn-down service. After a two-day stay, my impression of the hotel, the Galaxy Group, and Macau as a whole is incredibly positive. I'll definitely choose Andaz again next time I'm in Macau. It's a shame that perhaps because it was Chinese New Year, the hotel didn't provide their co-branded slippers this time ☺ (though the cotton slippers were very comfortable, so I didn't bother asking for the branded ones). The gym is open 24/7, and the mini-bar drinks and snacks are refilled endlessly 😋. On this trip, I also became a fan of Byredo's Blanche toiletries from the hotel (it used to be on my perfume blacklist!). MOP 300 F&B credit: Didn't really use it, no big deal. Ying Kee Bakery souvenirs: Took them home! 🤣 Facilities: The facilities and decor are all excellent. Hygiene: Everything is very clean. There's turn-down service, and during housekeeping hours, they thoughtfully organize your scattered items on the table, placing them on a small mat with the hotel logo underneath, so you can easily find everything when you return to your room. Service: The greeter will escort you directly to the front desk for check-in. Standard check-in is after 3 PM, but if you arrive early, it's fine; you can store your luggage at the front desk. Once your room is ready, the hotel will deliver your luggage directly to your room, so it doesn't interrupt your shopping. ☺ In summary: the service is genuinely excellent.
