"I had such an enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming service. I felt a sense of excitement that I haven’t felt at many other hotels or resorts in Nanjing. One highlight was watching the staff perform a K-pop dance—it was a fun and memorable surprise! As a foreigner, communication was smooth and easy. All the staff spoke both Chinese and English fluently, which made everything more comfortable. Checking in alone with my two young children was a bit challenging, but I’m especially thankful to Kelly at the front desk for her kind and thoughtful help. I’ll definitely be coming back again! ."

"The hotel is very large, with a strong sense of Hui-style architectural design, beautiful environment, large rooms, reasonable design, complete and high-quality facilities. There are welcome fruits and four bottles of purified water upon check-in. The hotel staff had a good sense of service and a friendly attitude. The set meals were very filling and the dishes tasted good. The only drawback was that on the day we checked in, the restaurant did not have enough crabs that had been reserved by multiple groups of guests including ours, which caused dissatisfaction among some diners. However, the hotel staff handled the situation proactively and sincerely, and we finally tasted the crabs the next day. They were delicious and of excellent quality, and we even ordered a few more to take home. When we checked out, the hotel also gave us a box of Sunshine Rose fruit. The overall stay experience was very good."

"I took my baby to Nanjing Tangshan for a hot spring bath at the weekend and booked a hot spring room. Because the sewer smell in the room we booked was strong, the lady at the front desk helped us upgrade to a villa room for free. The room has indoor and outdoor hot springs. In the evening, it’s nice to have hot springs, red wine, and fruits and watch the starry sky. It's comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully prepared white fungus soup. The dinner provided by the hotel is also quite good. The privacy is also very good. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time."
