"The hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation. Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus."

"Food excellent. What disturbed the children was screaming and running around the dining room because it was not pleasant to eat. You could put them in another hall to shout at each other because there was plenty of room."

"It was a lovely stay overall, the standard double room was very spacious and the resort was very clean! Although it was a little misleading with the difference between the Laguna club and Aqua resort as you are entitled to different things (limited access to the restaurants when staying at Laguna club), but this wasn’t very clear."

"İnanılmaz güzel bir tatildi. Öncelikle Sharm’a ilk gidişimizdi o sebepten detaylı bilgi vermek isterim bende bu youmlar sayesinde otele karar verebildim, iyi ki de bu oteli seçtim. Sharm otel tatili için gidilebilecek bir yer, Antalya Belek gibi otellerle çevrili ve otelinizin beachi olması avantaj, diğer otellerden transferlerle geldiler ve bu servis saatlerini kovalamak demek, bu sebepten beachi olması çok avantajlıydı denizi de rengarenk balıklarla birlikte yüzebileceğiniz, resifler için dalış rotalarına gitmek zorunda kalmayacağınız güzellikteydi. Ayrıca beachin barında ki Ahmed’e çok özel teşekkürler hergün inanılmaz bir ilgiyle ve özenle içeceklerimizi hazırlayıp, servis etti, hoş sohbetiyle,güler yüzüyle yardımcı oldu bize. Keza beachte ki sandiviçleri hazırlayan Ahmed’e de çok teşekkürler, evet Sharm’ın yarısı Ahmed diğer yarısı Muhammed :) Bu arada bütün çalışanlar inanılmaz özverili ve güleryüzlülerdi herkese çok teşekkürler. Odalar bakıma ihtiyaç duyuyor ancak bence ***et kafiydi, yataklar sertti evet ama garip bir şekilde çok dinlenerek ve sırt ağrısı olmadan uyandım, banyolar belki biraz yenilenebilir otelle ilgili tek ufak nokta bu, tabii temizlik benim için yeniliğinden daha önemli olduğu için çokta önemli gelmedi. Sharma giderken birçok otelin yorumunu inceledim, hepsinde yemeklerden baharatlardan vs şikayetçilerdi biz o sebepten büyük beklentiyle gitmedik yemeklerden yana karnımız doysa yeter diye düşünürken bizi en çok şaşırtan bu nokta oldu. Yemekler i-na-nıl-maz iyiydi. Tabii şöyle bir durum da var, otelin japan mutfağı hariç diğer tüm ala carte restoranları da ekstra ücrete tabi olmadan kullanılabiliyor, bir akşam önceden rezervasyon ile. Ala cartelar inanılmazdı biz o sebepten sadece bir akşam hariç hep ala carte da yedik yemeklerimizi.Özellikle de iki akşamımızı Lebanese (Lübnan) mutfağında değerlendirdik ve muhteşem ötesiydi. Doğu anadolu damak tadına çok yakın yemekler ve inanılmaz iyi bir şefi var mutlaka deneyin. Ayrıca en özel teşekkürün biri de gerek güler yüzü, beyefendiliği ve nezaketi ile Lebanese Mutfağında ki Mohammed El Sayed’e , bizlere lübnana özel lezzet deneyimi yaşatmak için çok misafirperverdi. Hiçbiryere bu uzunlukta yorum yazmam ama biz Sharm ı ve mısırlıların bizlere karşı misafirperverliğini çok sevdik. Umarım size de biraz aydınlatıcı olur yorumlar."

"Комнаты слишком «уставшие» для этой цены. По телефону люди с рецепшен были хамоватыми и грубыми. При встрече все исправилось. Атмосфера в отеле тягостная, гнетущая. Анимация заточена на продажу билетов за территорию отеля. Когда в отеле с гостями грубо разговаривают даже аниматоры - это обескураживает. Из позитива: приличная территория, по местным меркам, зеленая. Без изысков, но Неплохое питание, стандартное для подобных резортов. неплохая звукоизоляция, но только окон Из негатива: До моря очень долго ехать. Многовато «политики» : наклейки с украинской символикой в общедоступных туалетах, названия блюд на украинском, при отсутсвии русского перевода.( может дело в персонале анимации?) Отталкивает небрежно сваленный строительный хлам из номеров, запах старой мебели и собственно старая мебель Плохо уходила вода в кране, не работал телевизор или пульт от него, сломан доводчик двери. Гостеприимством тут и не пахло. Когда был замечен «фонтанчик с черным дельфином» ( россияне поймут) - показалось символично ;)"

"This resort is not as big as some of those we drive past but it is cosy and the staff are very friendly. We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner variety are wide and the hotel vary some dishes on a daily basis. Food is okay. We had lunch at their seafood restaurant (a la carte) but we felt the food was not as good as those served in the common banquet hall for dinner. The massage was very good and price reasonable. The spa is not worth it as the facials we had were not the kind of facials we are used to. They were very basic and our faces were steamed for a good 15 mins! So hot and uncomfortable. Products used were claimed to be organic but we are not convinced what were used."

"Hotel was perfect. Food was absolutely perfect. So many specialty restaurants! I loved the seafood restaurant! I love the Turkish restaurant! The food was to die for. The drinks are not what I would call top shelf but they are also not what I would call bottom shelf. Stuff flawless perfect dreamy they did everything to make sure you were happy. The only flaw I would find with the hotel was the dream covid they didn't enforce mask restrictions on their gas. Ukrainian seem to have an aversion of wearing masks! Paid around $200 with tax for this room for two people all inclusive. Fantastic deal and worth every single penny. The question I always ask myself is would I come back here again? Yes absolutely! Brief is a little tricky have to walk pretty far out to get to it but there is somebody who is watching people in the water which is important because tide changes and was very surprised at how far out of drug man such a short amount of time and I'm an excellent swimmer. So be careful in the water. Lots of fish in the reef! So many swimming pools for you to choose from. I give this hotel six Star Plus rating review. Very impressed!!"
