"The rooms are very comfortable and quite new. The second bedroom has two queen beds pushed together, which is perfect for a family of four. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, ideal for a family of three with young children. The amenities are well-equipped. Parking is very convenient with direct elevator access from the parking space straight to your floor. It's less crowded than Block A, and there's a handy mini-mart on the ground floor of Block B for easy shopping. The washing machine is clean and odor-free, making laundry easy, but it doesn't have a drying function. There's also limited space for hanging clothes. Overall, it's a worthwhile place to stay, especially if you have a rental car, as it makes getting around incredibly convenient. I forgot to take pictures, but the place looks exactly like the photos online. A heads-up for stays in Malaysia: you might want to bring your own shower head or filter, as the water quality leaves a lot to be desired. The host was very friendly and responsive, quickly addressing any issues. Communication was also very convenient via WeChat."

"This is truly the most thoughtful and attentive hotel I've stayed in recently. The facilities are excellent, fully equipped with every amenity imaginable (hair dryer, garment steamer, microwave, fridge...), I even spotted a curling iron, haha! The hygiene was superb; the room was spotless and tidy, and the projector in the living room made our evenings with friends incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to our wonderful hostess for her exceptional care and immense help during our trip to Penang. She took us out and treated us to delicious durian, took us to climb Penang Hill, and when she learned I liked the snacks in the room but didn't know where to buy them, she discreetly left a generous stash for me where we stored our luggage. She is truly wonderful, incredibly caring, and genuinely thoughtful. I highly recommend everyone to experience this! It truly felt like being cared for by family while away from home. So grateful ☺️. (It's a shame I didn't take photos of the room, so you'll just have to experience it for yourselves. It will definitely exceed your expectations!)"

"We booked a one-night stay on short notice and were so glad to have found this place. The host responded quickly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped (including a water dispenser), and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate eight people. The location is very convenient, close to the highway, making it easy to access various attractions. There's also a morning market within walking distance for local food and daily necessities. "This home is perfectly designed — cozy and convenient! We loved our stay at 22 Macalisterz, managed by Wayne. The unit was spotless, stylish like a boutique hotel, yet still warm and practical. The little touches amazed us — from the water dispenser to the medical shower chair, and even Muslim-friendly kitchenware and prayer items. Truly exceeded our expectations! Families will find it especially thoughtful, with a baby cot, bathtub, and high chair all provided for a stress-free stay. The rooftop infinity pool was another highlight — breathtaking views of George Town during the day and beautiful Komtar lights at night. The location is strategic, with famous food stalls and restaurants just steps away. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and highly recommend it! 💯"
