Really loved the service! The front desk worker was excellent and beyond. I asked for a kettle for hot water, he provided me with complementary Tara. A safe place to stay when visiting Brussels! They also have outlet converter that I could borrow

The best hotel to sleep in. The breakfast is also great. In addition to the regular food, there are freshly made bacon, mushrooms, poached eggs, and sausages. The taste is very good! The hotel has free parking and its own restaurant provides dinner, but the cost is a bit high. Looking at the picture, I thought it was very remote in the suburbs, but it turned out to be in the downtown area, just a few hundred meters away from the Waterloo Museum. It's very good!

The service was consistently good, and the rooms were clean. The restaurant was delicious, parking was convenient, and the town was just 100 meters away, making shopping fantastic! The hotel even had its own tableware shop, which was a nice touch.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I go. It's great. The service is excellent; they remember my check-in history and preferences. The breakfast is very authentic European style and very plentiful. I will definitely stay here again next time I go.

This is a truly excellent hotel. It is very conveniently located in the Centre of Waterloo. The room was very clean and comfortable and the other hotel facilities are also excellent. Thoroughly recommended.
