The room was nice and cleaned the staff was very friendly

I was pleased with my stay. I had no problems at this hotel. It isn’t a five star hotel, but it was very good for the price.

Good location friendly staff good bed

Rip off! We made rsvp at Waterloo, IA and showed up half hour later and I went to the room. It had a heavy damp moldy odor which bothered my wife's respitory condition. They refused a refund! Only a half hour had passed. Never stay Wyndhams again

The only thing good was the price, but you got only what you paid for. Broken sofa bed, no pool towels, slow check-in, subpar service, broken drawers and hairdryer, a sopping wet room!!!

The room was huge and for a handicapped person with a walker spacious. The breakfast was coffee, cereal, sausages, biscuits and gravy and others and each was delicious.

I just needed a bed to sleep in and a place to take a shower. The rate of $60 per was great. The hotel was nothing fancy but was clean and the service was good. Located right off Hwy 63 so easy to find. Appeared to have a lot of constructions workers staying there.

Very spacious comfortable room but malfunctioning amenities and uncomfortable staff. Could easily be greatly improved!

Travis Jennifer and Susan are always working, setting up breakfast or taking it down, or making coffee. Jennifer is the only one I ever see mopping the floors. Travis is awesome! Really helpful when it came to the reward points! Susan is an absolute sweetheart! The maids do a great job but I'm not to fond of Tracy however! All in all a great stay!

Hall smelled like a dumpster in July, people live in the hotel using the hall as a hangout, listen to music all night, no pool towels, I could go on. Don’t stay here. The only positive is I was able to bring my 90lb dog for an additional $40.

Rooms and pool area leave a lot to be desired. Too many teenagers running the halls and being loud. Staff was friendly and nice. I will not stay at another Howard Johnson again. I think they haven't updated the rooms since it was built and I'm not sure if the rooms are supposed to be retro or if they were just built in the 60-70s and not updated since.

Slow star to check in but that was forgiven when I realized the person was pregnant and was using the restroom. Room was clean and beds provides a good night's sleep. Quinton was very accommodating in the morning, we are early risers and he had coffee ready before breakfast was ready. I would stay again if I needed to.

Definitely the best choice. Especially, for a solo female. The staff is there 24/7, with cameras inside common areas as well as the parking area. Staff also monitors the cameras throughout their shifts; unlike a lot of other places. I never felt unsafe while I was there and that says a lot about this location.

Room was clean, they provided enough towels for 2 people. Comfortable bed. Didn't have to go to front desk to ask for additional towels. Breakfast included fresh made mini Waffles, sausage. Biscuits and gravy and the other standard grab n go breakage items. The coffee is not from the coffee dispenser that uses liquid coffee coffee, it's real coffee@
