Adirondack Efficiencies

We got off to the front desk clerk chain smoking outside. Walked in and immediately knew by the smell and condition of the lobby it wasn't going to he good. Walked into our room that was extremely outdated and stinker so bad. Cobwebs on the corners ceiling cracks. The bed felt like cardboard. Was prepared to suck it up until I went to take a shower and there wasn't enough water or pressure to activate the shower head. Immediately packed up went downstairs and didn't even say anything when the clerk saw us and immediately said we don't give refunds. .of course you don't at that point we didn't even care losing out $318 I wanted out. Left immediately never again

The only good part of my experience was the customer service provided by the front end staff besides that the room was dirty and had roaches . And the heater did not work . The hot water was good .

The staff loved our 2 dogs and were respectful of them. Every staff member we interacted with were so friendly and Ed the manager was a gem. He is the nicest guy. The property could use some updates with some paint on the walls to cover some of the stains but we were still very happy with our stay. We stayed 11 days this time. Yes this is our second time staying there and every time we travel to Watertown this will be our motel. Thank you for having us Ed!

The sound isolation between rooms seemed to be very bad. At twelve o'clock at night I was woken up by a conversation in the next room. No shouting, just talk which wnt on for hours.

The temperature outside was in the single digits. The room was very cold. The electric baseboard heater was off and it took a long time for the room to get warm.

Room was nice. Shout out to Christina at the front desk, she gave me recommendations for dinner and breakfast.

This is a very run down motel the rooms are smelly with peeling paint and very thin walls! There was no extra lock on the door which made it a very uncomfortable stay! there was a piece of wood to stop the window from being opened. Positive; the bed was clean mattress was good but there was no extra blanket except for the fairly thin one on the bed I am sure the owner cares but this place needs some serious renovations. So for the price I would have expected a lot more

I had to clean the room there were no towels or washcloths the manager of the hotel was rude and disrespectful and then I was told at the last minute that I needed to pay $100 deposit to stay for two nights after I already pay $100 for two nights last minute notice by the owner

Room was not clean manager Ed is very rude pets are very friendly shopping is nearby and I had no towels or wash clothes in my room when I moved in on Monday
