It was wonderful stay

Staff at the reception desk were courteous and helpful. Not a fancy hotel, but solid value for the price.

An excellent, high-value choice for families who want to be close to the action. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub. Very nice! The tub wasn’t just a regular sized tub with jets, it’s was like the size of a garden tub. Plus a separate shower as well.

The room was clean and in good condition. The AC barely worked and what sounded like the fridge was making horrible sounds. The shower head had good pressure but terrible water distribution. Lots of crying kids and barking dogs, and overall just a ton of noise from the hotel systems overall. Bed was pretty comfy and the pillows were great. Main reason for 3 stars overall is due to the excessive noise made by the hotel itself which made it hard to sleep and the AC having a very hard time cooling the room.

Everything was great. Only thing is wifi could be better, we kept disconnecting. Also better instructions on how to connect.

Always my go to hotel when visiting Watertown. Plenty of parking, clean lobby, staff are nice and welcoming. Rooms are always clean and spacious.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay while visiting my son and family. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. The free breakfast was the usual fare but good (real eggs, pastries/muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt etc). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here next visit to Watertown!

The room itself was clean and bright. The bathroom in our room could use some updating, the drain under the sink and counter leaked water when we would run the tap so we had to lay towels down so our feet and socks wouldn’t get wet. Our toilet also had troubles flushing, we had to hold down the lever for about 30 seconds to get it to flush and refill the tank fully. The free breakfast was a good deal, it included the usual cold breakfast items as well as hot fresh waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon. Overall for the low price I would stay here again, especially having breakfast included!
